Ordered a full 6 piece drum set. Came on a Friday. Unloaded the 3 boxes, no Symbols. Called they're "Tech support". He said they probably wouldn't be able to ship the Symbols out till tuesday. That would have been fine. But come wednesday of the following week they said they're waiting on Tama for information on the Symbols. They're Tech support people suck. I bought my own Symbols. Never again.
I am a Pastor and worship leader. I've bought many different items from this company - the latest being a 2-channel wireless headset Samson system. Works perfectly for my needs! Both product and service quality are top notch. But the best part is that I never have to worry about gambling on any product - I have made returns of gear and have never had any hassle with returns and replacement purchases.

As a hobbyist, and for over 30 years, I have shopped and purchased from many of the best on-line music stores. I find the Website and Sales Engineers at Sweetwater to be as good as it gets. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My most recent purchase came from a search for a high quality, short scale electric guitar. I thought I knew the extent of what was available, but was pleasantly surprised to lean about the Reverend Terz from my Sales Engineer! I ordered 2 from heads for my husband. I never in a million years expected the owners to call personally and ask if everything went well and if I needed anything else! This company is amazing and very customer oriented, even delivered them with a little bag of candy that was just a little extra.
This company is everything I want a company to be. The customer service is easily a 500 out of 10, and I'm not giving them enough credit. They want to promote music growth and so do I so we get along pretty well. They really seriously should give their reps a raise. You have a million questions? Ask away. Some of the questions are stupid? No such thing. Think you're annoying the rep? Well maybe, but they don't show it.

I am blown away with sweetwater! I got a $10 part to fix a cable I had no idea it pretty much comes with a specialist! I can't believe it that now I have a number I can call or text for any help I might need I got Greag and he is awesome! Very helpful. I really am blown away with sweetwater. My sister needed some wireless mics and I insisted she use sweetwater and usually I don't like giving out my info but for her I told her to do so as so far that's my favorite part of this company. I recently searched for a lower cost upgrade from Cubase AI 9.5 to Pro 10.5. I found a great deal at Sweetwater, so I thought. First I called in rather than just placed the order. I got a Sales rep. Brain. Brian happily sells me the download. After a few hours of waiting; the download arrives. I follow the instructions... no versions to be upgraded. Found out I had upgraded to 10.5 which cost more money. Paid it. Got another download. Same problem. Set multiple screenshots of everything all weekend up to today, nearly a week later. Still not working. Sweetwater Sent the wrong upgrade again... WANTED $200 MORE for another download with no attempt to make it right with me paying. Sweetwater Can Kiss my $#*! for trying to hustle a Man for dollar. They thought they had a sucker and made some change on daily interest. Shame on you SWEETWater
In all my years of playing professionally (35 years) I have never been treated better or had a better customer service experience than with the folks at sweetwater. Whether it's advising me about the latest and greatest new gear and giving me Honest, seasoned advice, or helping me locate that special hard to find guitar or keyboard I just have to get my hands on... these guys rock. I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years and give them my highest recommendation!
I have been a customer of Sweetwater for maybe 30+ years. At one time I got to purchase many thousands of dollars worth of equipment for my previous employer. Now I only buy occasionally for myself. They treat me with the same top-notch care and respect as if I were a famous musician. Plus, their product support is the best. And by the way, if you're even thinking about buying a ProTools system, these are the people to get it from. Their engineers in customer support were better than paid support from the makers of the systems. I now work for that big online company that starts with an "A" and I can tell you, the prices at Sweetwater are competitive with anyone AND their customer support is the BEST! I don't buy sound equipment from anyone else.
I have been using sweetwater for many years and will always go to them for my music needs. They are extremely personable and if you ever have a question it is easy to get a hold of a rep. The company has what is best for the customer in mind and will not try to push you into an unnecessary or unwanted purchase. Purchases are shipped extremely fast with reasonable rates on anything you buy and they prioritize every purchase whether you pay 10 dollars or a 1000 dollars the will take care of you. I will recommend them above anything else out there.
In my 54 years I have never experienced such phenomenal customer service like the service provided by Sweetwater. Brock was absolutely amazing! He assisted me prior to the sale, made some recommendations that completely enhanced my order/experience and made sure to call me after the sale and delivery to make sure everything was just perfect. I never felt rushed to get off the phone and he even extended an invitation to reach out to him at any time, even if it was just to "talk shop". Real people. Real cool. They have earned a loyal customer. I've never experienced anything like this. Oh, and the prices are awesome as well!

Since then I have ordered several things with the same as the first ( call and text), each time it was shipped fast, packed great and was just as described. Wow! Customer service is unbelievable in this company! Old school service, super professional, and the shipping was lightning fast. I got a phone call FROM A HUMAN (in america) within five minutes of placing a 30 dollar order. Tracking number emailed to me within a day of placement of my order, and my package arrived in three days, with a hand signed pamphlet and a bag of 'compliments of sweetwater' candy for the kids! I give this super outfit five stars and would easily give them six if it was an option. Needless to say, they won my business, no question.
Customer service with them is by far the best I have seen in a long, long time. Bought two things and one just didn't work for me. Called them and talked to my sales engineer and was told no problem. Sent me a shipping label, I returned the product I didn't want and within a few days had the one I wanted. I am so happy with what I got. The quality is wonderful. I bought an American Performer J bass. The action was so high (not factory spec) it was barely playable. Had to take it to a luthier to fix. He said the neck was VERY bowed (not due to temp/humidity), and the truss rod nut had tool marks because apparently the 55 point inspectors tried to adjust the truss rod to lower the action (bad idea) without removing the pick guard, to save time. I told sales engineer CJ Onyx about the problem, but she's gone silent and Sweetwater has done nothing to make this right. Glad I have a good luthier, definitely needed him to do what Sweetwater failed to do. Don't buy from Sweetwater just for the 55 point inspection. It's sort of a scam.
I know almost nothing about musical gear and was totally confused by some of the hook-ups. Called Sweetwater's tech service and they walked me through everything. Prices were some of the lowest as well, so it's an unbeatable combination. Makes me almost want to be a musician...
