Great company, don't pass up their sales people - you may know what you want, but these people exist to help you CHOOSE the best option for you, and they will go the extra mile to advise and inform you. Outstanding buying experience with them, time and time again

This year my identity was stolen, it's been quite a challenge to secure everything I have, dispute charges and file credit fraud and freeze accounts. My Sweetwater account I hadn't gotten to it yet. Someone using my account ordered some items, the team at Sweetwater didn't process it. I received a email and contacted them. My sales rep. Noticed something was not right about the order. This is the kind of company that looks out for their customers. I will be doing business with Sweetwater whenever I need anything they have to offer. A first class company. I would give them the highest rating possible

I've now bought two guitars from Peter, a Taylor and Córdoba. He has treated me not only as a customer but also as a friend. He always follows up on everything and let's you know from beginning to end how things are progressing. But even after the sale is done, he still is in contact to see if everything is going well. I would highly recommend Peter as your sales rep. For Sweetwater items. You won't be sorry and you'll know you have a quality product with his experience.

Even after 'unsubscribing' and requesting that I not receive further email solicitations, I still get spam from these idiots. I asked corey to cease this unwanted weekly stream of advertising. He claimed he "understood". Did it make a difference? NO it did not. Anybody and everybody sells the same stuff at the same price, if I can't have my wishes respected in regards to my privacy I will do business with a company that does. If your inbox is suffering from a low volume of unnecessary commercial hype this outfit will remedy that problem. I'm done with sweetwater.

Sweetwater is a company that values their customers. Over the past few months I've made several purchases. My sales engineer, Greg Titzer made each of my purchases easy. He always goes the extra mile to ensure I'll be happy with my purchase. Sweetwater's prices are very competitive. You can't go wrong with this company.

My Sales Engineer Austin is awesome! He and the Sweetwater team went way out of their way to assist me in getting the right guitar for my needs. I am very thankful to them. Austin has worked with me every step of the way in selecting the right gear at the right price. He's extremely knowledgeable and offered great suggestions and options.

Excellent service from any company I have dealt with. Brad is with me one on one through email and phone calls. I am not just a number but feel like Im part of a team. He has been willing to listen to all my requests and opinions of my music and sound ideas and answer questions on all.

I only made a small order, however I got a personal phone call letting me know when it shipped. I ordered it 4 days before Christmas and it arrived christmas eve. I then received another call to confirm I received the items and was satisfied.
Bonus: tiny bag of candy and a thank you note was included. If I ever need ANYTHING even remotely musical... I'm coming to sweetwater. Thank you

I recently purchased a small amp from Sweetwater.
These people have won me over! The rep took the time to answer my questions. We chatted about stuff. We laughed. The experience was like a breath of fresh air. I will no longer go to Musicians Friend ( they aren't) and the snobs at Guitar Center... well they need to double check themselves because they aren't all they think they are. Just my 2 cents but I'm sticking to it.

Best Music Retailer!

Absolutely love purchasing from Sweetwater! Very knowledgable team who is passionate about helping musicians succeed. I'm currently a pop producer. Songwriter and engineer. My first purchase was an old version of Melodyne about 8 years ago. Awesome store

These guys are amazing. I ordered a fender player stratocaster and a couple of guitar cases, and a bunch of accessories. They had everything I was looking for in one place and in stock also wich is totally awesome. I had a few questions and my sales guy Chris was so helpful and professional and answered me realy fast. They have great prices on tons of music gear. I would absolutely recommend sweetwater to anyone looking for there next buy. Trust me you will not be disappointed... thanks again fellas

Always my first go to for music equipment

This is a company I trust to have a fair price, and sell quality equipment. I don't want to have to do an hour of research to figure out if whatever I'm trying to buy is actually just a piece of junk from a scam seller especially when its just a capo or a tuner.

Amazing personal service for a online seller. Guitar setup was perfect one my Ibanez baritone. They made sure I was happy with all my purchases from them. Be sure to talk to the sales rep to make sure your purchase will do what you hope it will do. I bought an amp that wasn't compatible with acoustic guitar just from looking at the ad and a couple of videos. But Sweetwater made it right by exchanging it for an amp that is compatible.

Edit there is one annoying thing about Sweetwater. Sweetwater follows you around the internet with very annoying flashing ads. This is irritating enough for me to subtract a star.

Sweetwater is my go-to online retailer for music gear. The only pieces of gear I haven't bought through Sweetwater in the past year or two have been boutique effects pedals that they don't carry. I like to support my local brick and mortar stores too, but with interest-free financing (provided you make the payments on time) Sweetwater is pretty much impossible to beat. I've been able to get gear I wouldn't otherwise. The key is to keep to the payment schedule. It's worked really well for me.

Superb customer service received from Jake Landi. The MIDI product he recommended was perfect for my son's needs. Kenny in tech support was extremely eager to assist in getting the MIDI properly connected to the DAW.

Before going to Amazon or any other online retailer for any musical equipment needs, I highly recommend that you give Sweetwater a chance. It only took one call to experience the difference... will be back in the future as my son's musical needs evolve.

My sales rep, Robby Resnick is responsive, professional and knows his stuff. He has come to know my studio as well as I do and always guides me in the best directions on every topic. Weather a small order or large Sweetwater gives the same great attention to detail and service to their customers. Phone follow ups, assigning a service coordinator to your orders, and helping solve problems make them a top notch music supplier. You'll not find a better partner for your music needs.

Can I just hug you?

These guys are something else. Not only do they have competitive prices here & there but they assign you a personal sales engineer when you sign up. You don't have to talk to them when you wanna buy something... you can talk to them about music production, or you can just shoot the hay with them about anything at all (As long as it's appropriate, of course. Don't call them up & be like "Gee this hemorrhoid is really kicking my butt right now!")
Also they send you candy with every order. And my personal sales engineer actually emails me every month to see how everything is going. Honestly, my own family doesn't even do that. Nobody does that. Nuff said. Check these guys out.

Missing Part
June 29, 2023

Bought my first guitar from sweetwaters. A Jackson which I could not be more pleased with. Had the Plek Pro Fret Adjustment done too. Very happy. But somehow whammy bar didn't make it. I let Johnathan know and 3 days later I have the bar. Awesome service. No argument just sent. This is my home from now on. I did not know how nice a bar it is and can't wait to try it. ( and the treats) that came with the bar. Whoever is running customer service has their act together. Thanks Sweetwater for nice service all the way.
