Vern@ sweetwater reached out when order was first placed. There was an issue with the delivery of the pedal and pedal was returned. Vern reached out again to see if I still needed item. Reshipped package with quick delivery and even included some sweet treats (candy). Awesome experience from start to finish. I will buy everything else needed from here

My agent, Nick Church always has been very supportive with all my questions and request. No need to go to another store, and the best is that I don't need to leave my home because they have an excellent online service

Guitar Strings

This company is amazing! I ordered guitar strings. So reasonable and free shipping! Came in a couple of days with a small bag of candy to say thank you for ordering! I was so impressed! I will never buy my guitar strings anywhere else!

Awesome Customer Service!

I purchased a set of two studio monitor stands. One of the stands arrived with a broken knob. I contacted Sweetwater and they immediately shipped me a new set and did not require me to return the original set. The second set was packed carefully with bubble wrap and had expedited shipping. Awesome company!

Ever since my son, Recommended Sweetwater to me, I have been a true fan of this store. My sales engineer, Chris Leonard, is very knowledgeable regarding all the products I have purchased over the years. If I could give six stars I would give six stars. I recommend this place to anybody, and I don't just recommend just to recommend. My last purchase was four Shure 300 Pro in-ear monitors. Great product.

Best music store ever
February 21, 2020

I have always received my products in perfect condition. The prices are right and financial offers to pay off the items are perfect with out any arp rates. Any returns are easy to receive a return shipping label and sent back by UPS or fedex. TJ my personal sales rep is always available for myusic needs. Thanks sweetwater, Your the best

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
February 8, 2022

I never received my order, and when I called Sweet Water to get this resolved, their response was "you need to file a police report before we can issue a refund". Really?! That's your best customer support?! How about you send me proof of delivery and actually help me locate the order I BOUGHT FROM YOU. You guys are pathetic. I'm set back about $200 and nothing to show for it. To anyone buying from them, BEWARE.

I just want to call out one particularly incredible Sales Engineer, Jayden Brown! He recently helped me through some research I had been doing on new equipment and really built my confidence I was putting together exactly what I need. He then even went beyond that to share several online resources to get even more out of my gear. He took the time to listen, really evaluate what I need, and make recommendations towards future additions I might find value in without being pushy. This is my first interaction and purchase from Sweet Water and because of Jayden, I'll be doing a lot more business with them. Bottom line, if you need anything in the audio, visual, or musical production arenas, Sweet Water will have what you need and if you call Jayden, you will get top notch expertise and service! Extremely poor customer service. I ordered from them a phantom power supply. They canceled the order without asking me anything, lost the fees for the bank and PayPal. Poor website design with no warnings for international customers. When asking what it happened I got the typical corporate reply. No effort whatsoever to solve my inquiry. Obviously I will never buy anything from them... you order, they take your money, process, send you confirmation... only the second day to cancel it without any warning.

Bought the product and waited for an email receipt which never showed up. When I called a few days later, the salesman blamed another salesperson. I explained that all I wanted was a conformation that I made the purchase. Minutes later someone emailed me. I'm frustrated and angry over such a simple request. When givig out bank numbers over the phone, you would hope someone doesn't take that lightly in this spam-oriented world we live in.

I've only ordered from them twice but both times my order was shipped speedily and arrived intact. I wasn't sure how to get a buzz out of the first item but only one phone call and we worked it out over the phone, no more buzzing. I will be recommending them to every musician who needs equipment

I can understand how things get lost in the post. It doesn't make it ok but still I get it.
But to lose an order that simply has to be emailed... You have got to be joking me!
Then when I contact the 24/7 Customer service technical response service their website boasts about, they tell me my problem can only be fixed in business hours. Whats the friggen point then?! When I tried to start a dialogue with this support person: Mike Harris, my responses were never replied to. NEVER AGAIN

Best of the Best Customer Service!

My experience with sweetwater started after a good experience with another retailer who couldn't acquire my guitar of choice. Ashton was outstanding through the entire process. He located the guitar, kept me updated and flowed through with every phone call. All the staff was beyond pleasant at every step. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Excellent experience

I just purchased several pieces of equipment to set my home recording studio for voice over work. The experience working with Sweetwater was exceptional. The technician, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best equipment in the price range I was looking for. I ordered them on Saturday afternoon and they were delivered on Tuesday. I am pleased with the equipment and the performance. On two occasions I had questions on the setup procedures and I was able to reach support quickly and got the questions answered. I will definitely work with them again.

I purchased a DAW (digital audio workstation) for a home studio from Sweetwater primarily because they explained that their service & support was unparalleled. When I had my 1st and only question they ran away from my question claiming they don't offer "training"! Well, you know, every question is a how-to question so technically they don't have to answer any questions, right? B&H had better deals but I was suckered by Sweetwater's service pitch. Hope this was helpful.

I've had nothing but great service and products from Sweetwater over the last 4 years and will continue to purchase from them. My Sales Engineer is very knowledgeable and very helpful through the entire process. Spent about $3500 on a sound system and couldn't be happier with the equipment my SE helped me pick out. Definitely a return customer as they are very competitively priced and with free shipping I couldn't be happier!

I want to take a moment to RAVE about how great my ordering experience through Sweetwater Sound has been! The order was not mine; it was my grandson's. He is 14, and a budding (obsessive!) musician. He had earned enough money and asked if he could order a guitar pedal online using my credit card. I'm always a bit hesitant to order online products because that often means you're stuck with something you didn't want with little to no help with returns. Also, now the unhelpful vendor has your credit card number!
Not the case with Sweetwater! How refreshing it was to receive communication during order processing and even after receipt of the order. The extra effort (and candy! LOL!) has this grandmother's future business... and there will be much more business to be had. I am also a musician with a family of little musicians coming up! Who knows; we may be the future Rock version of the Von Trapps! Again, thank you for the terrific ordering experience... and the kid loves the pedal!
