From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The website was easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable and best of all my grandson loves his new drumsticks. And the turnaround time was above expectations. I had the drumsticks within two days so I did not have to worry about not having them for my grandson's birthday. I will be shopping here again.
Got a sales rep assigned to me who offered to help with product choice and get me the best price possible. He was supposed to know what he was talking about. He recommended inappropriate products and also overcharged me. I didn't find out until later when I went to the product's website where the price was substantially lower! Stupid of him to do that because now I won't buy from them anymore.

As an old man I decided to start learning to play the piano. I needed a keyboard and earphones and more so my wife does not have to endure the pain of listening to my practice. I needed help on the website and typed my question - ended up talking to Max Rice who was extraordinarily helpful - and even followed up by email regarding the purchase. This is a very nice personal touch and made me feel I was in a store - not on just on a website. You gave the word "customer" service real meaning!
I bought a guitar case off of Sweetwater for a birthday gift for my roommate. Unfortunately it was the incorrect size as I did not do my research before purchasing. Simon was the representative assigned to my order. I emailed him asking how I could return it. He not only provided a return label to ship it back but helped me figure out which case I needed and got the ball rolling on the replacement. He was so friendly and his customer service was beyond outstanding. Every company needs a Simon. He is so professional and efficient. Thank you Simon for making my experience amazing. I will forever return to Sweetwater for all of my products. You are a gem.
Service is phenomenal, as is the follow up. I got an entire drum set and cymbals in 3 days with free shipping. There was a small issue with one of my drums (it was a used kit) and they have been tremendously helpful in remedying it.
These people are so helpful and so one on one. I see no reason to go into a shop now. Got good advice on strings. They may have been a dollar higher but their personal service is worth it! Forget that I was only buying strings... they treated me like I was buying something major!
When my bank was screwing with my money they delayed it 7 days after I processed my order. I contacted Ed Needler, and to the least he is an awesome guy. I told him my situation and he kept my guitar on hold until everything was sorted out. It shipped to me today. I am very appreciative. I will be buying more from the site!
I work with IsRael all year long and he is awesome! Always gets everything sorted out for me and keeps my husband's band on stage with all the best equipment. The one error we've ever had was corrected faster than it took for me to find it, that is awesome customer service!
The order was fine and I got my product intact, but the emails, they won't stop. I clicked unsubscribe many times, I've tried blocking them. I don't know what it will take to stop the ads they send but this certainly wasn't worth a simple online order. This bombast should be banned.

By the Sweetwater had the lowest price and free shipping! If for you ham radio station you need something, call Jonah. He had relatives with a license and so he understands our needs. I ordered a microphone for ~$2000 and it got lost in the mail. The company put the onus on me to find out where it ended up. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have it. I am not impressed at all with the customer service and will not order from this company again. They used to be better.
Every order from Sweetwater includes a small packet of candy which I find to be a nice little touch that says a lot to me. It says a lot because even though I'm not ordering hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth of equipment they still include that little packet of candy. That little touch along with their #1 customer service including follow ups on every order no matter how small all say that I'm a valued customer. It is for these very reason why I continue to order from Sweetwater!
Stop sending big box full of plastic garbage for a single string set that fits in a simple envelope and sweets are hurting the people diabetes problem in the USA, send them a tea bag instead like other resellers do as a thank you
I could cite a dozen instances of great service by SweetWater. The most recent: I botched receipt of an item and ultimately the most reliable solution to the time crunch I created was for customer service to arrange for me to pick up my replacement guitar case at a FedEx facility -- not a Walgreens, not a 7-11. Yes, a replacement; they had replaced my item that had a tiny defect without question and without asking me to return the original item in advance.
If you don't believe this, I don't blame you. Their service is unbelievable.
I wrote a review on a product that I ordered, it did not mention my "sales engineer" or say anything subjectively bad about the company, it was imply the facts. The order took longer to ship than they state on their website and the product looked used. They chose not to publish it... I find this disingenuous at the least. My guess is they will not publish anything that doesn't praise them without question. Bad form... for the record about the picture included, there was no film covering the display that was how the display looks with nothing covering it..

"Highly recommend this company. I had ordered two cables and they immediately called me after the order was placed to let me know that one of the cables was not available. They offered other size of cables and shipped them out to me. They even called after the order was received to make sure they were working and I was satisfied! Never have I had a customer service experience like this!" Oh and the candy included was a great touch!
I've only just begun working with Sweetwater. I've placed one order for headphones and two others for small items. Each order is treated like it's a big money order. After the first order shipped, my sales engineer, Jason called to let me know it had shipped. The package came with a brochure thanking me for my order and telling me about Sweetwater. To my surprise, there was a little bag of candy with a thank you printed on the bag, It's little things like this that tell you they care about their customers!
I have shopped at Sweetwater for a few years and spent thousands of dollars. They text and call you when you place an order. I thought this was a sign of good customer service but I never had a problem until now. FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. This shouldn't be hard to remedy. I contact Sweetwater and let them know what happened. It took four days before they sent out my replacement package. I had to contact them many times just to get that. The final insult was that they would not ship it to my place. I had to pick up my package at a Walgreens near me. I will never place another order with them.
