My first experience with Swap.com was, to be honest, terrible. There was a huge shipping delay and it took a month or two to ship, and when it finally arrived, some items were wrong. I decided to give Swap.com a second chance, since they have amazing prices! This time, I'm pleasantly surprised! I bought $50 worth of clothes and unfortunately one of my items got refunded, but I'm glad they refunded it instead of just sending me a similar shirt and thinking I wouldn't be able to tell the difference like last time. Everything else, though, came perfect! The clothes don't particularly smell pleasant, just a bit like a factory, which is to be expected. It took about 10 days to process and once they shipped it, it came in a week. I am so glad I decided to give Swap.com a second chance! Though, I will be wary of buying from them if they have another shipping delay.

I found this website from a buzzed article and was skeptical at first reading reviews and just the overall site itself. The prices were surprisingly great and almost too good to be true. As a buyer I decided to make a small order just to test it out, and it worked great. Shipped quick and item look exactly like in the picture. Made 2 more orders and both came just as good. I have not had any experience selling on this site or trying to return items so that I cannot vouch for. I've shopped the swap site several times in the last year and LOVE LOVE LOVE Their prices! (Except for shipping fees. Seem stupid to get a few pieces of 2nd hand clothing and have to pay shipping fees. So sign up to their site and you'll receive updates of their sales and look out for the emails that have the free shipping promo code!) If you like clothes and for garage sale prices then go check out their site! You'll find awesome deals and receive your items wonderfully packed withe each item separately bagged for it's safety!

I've personally used swap.com numerous times and I have never had any problems with them. They provide amazing second handed clothing and accessories for prices even cheaper than goodwill. Not to mention they ALWAYS have sales and promo codes so you're bound to get clothing for a few dollars each as well as for free shipping. I've found brands such as Juicy Couture, GAP, as well as VS. I especially love how they describe each listing on their website accurately based on the items condition. My only problem would be the fact that trying to search for a specific item as well filter items is kind of annoying, a lot of the time it will return no result.

I have bought numerous high quality items from Swap. Their prices have went up though, so it may be best to wait until there is a sale or check for 'new with tag' items. Even buying items at regular price can be a steal based on the brand and material. I recently bought a wool Patagonia sweater for $8.00. It would have easily been $75-$100 if bought new.

I found this website by accident but it is now one of my favorites unlike other websites that offer a few things. For around $100, I have purchased over $500 of gently use clothes in great condition for a fraction of the original cost! Brand name like Tony Hawk shorts, Tommy Hilfiger blouse and beautiful men Italian silk shirts. I check the website everyday because Grandchildren grow so fast, you cannot afford to pass up great deals like the ones offered by Swap.com.

I ordered a Lauren skirt. They had one left. It came today. I am so delighted with it. It is exactly what I want and such a bargain and brand new.
A lovely print long skirt of polyester voil. Wonderful for travel. Very Happy

Swap.com has been a game-changer. Their inventory is extensive and they have good filtering options. My items have always been clean and packed nicely. My favorite part is the free returns- the process is easy and quick, I send back what I don't want, and use the store credit or Paypal cash to try again. Excellent prices too, I recommend this site whenever I can.

The website is easy to figure out and you can narrow your searches to be very specific. I am an avid Amazon shopper but I will check with Swap before I buy from Amazon because you cannot beat the deals! Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about swap.com. I've ordered from them twice now... The first was kids toys (great prices and perfect condition) the second were sleepers for my nephew. All were exactly what he needed except for one... I requested a refund for the one bc of it being fleece (too hot for summer) swap.com was very prompt in getting me a refund! No questions asked. I can't wait until I need more clothes. Swap.com will be the first place I check!

I have never shopped here before but swap.com is amazing. Lightly used clothes great prices. I ordered 4 items they arrived well packaged and very quickly. I had a lot of fun shopping and they have so many things to choose from. I would recommend this to anyone they have things for old, young, in between, kids, babies for all sizes and shapes it's an amazing experience, I will be telling everyone I know to shop there or at least give it a try. I will shop there again very soon.

Swap.com has both new and slightly used items and they are very fair priced and very accurate in their descriptions. I have ordered from them multiple times and intend to continue -- it is always great to find deals! They also have a great referral system you refer a friend, the friend makes a purchase and you get $20.00 site credit -- you cannot beat that, no other thrift store can compare!

After losing some weight, I knew I needed to update my wardrobe, but I just couldnt bring myself to pay retail pricesproblem is, I also love to look fabulous! Lol :) I stumbled onto Swap.com one day and Im hooked! It saves me $$ and lets me splurge without feeling guilty! I love scrolling through the items, its like a treasure hunt for the perfect outfit! This is a very inexpensive way to shop. I have placed four separate orders from this company and I have not been disappointed yet. All clothing is sealed individually in little bags, and everything has been very clean and neatly folded. You can ship items back for free if they don't fit and they will give you a credit or a refund. One time a shirt I got for my son didn't fit so I requested to send it back, and they told me they would give me a refund for the shirt and that I could just keep it and that I didn't need to send it back and that they would like me to donate to my local thrift store. I thought that was very nice of them. I do highly recommend this business.

I am so happy with my purchase from swap.com! Not only was i able to find multiple dresses, swimsuits, shoes, and matching outfits for my toddler girls, but i also was able to find brand new room decor for less than a quarter of the price if i had bought new from a big chain retailer. My girls room is precious with giant tree and flower decals, and closet full of pretty like new dresses thanks to swap! AND the best thing was the price! Package came right to my door! None of the clothes I have ever gotten from Swap looks used! I buy mostly skirts, dresses and blouses. It's like shopping at a new store! Everything is clean and very well packaged and it arrives on time. Nothing is misrepresented, always looks just like the pic! There's only been one item I've had a hard time finding, it's kind of vintage, maybe 50 years old. No big deal. I love Swap.com and will continue to shop there!
