On Dec 17 I ordered a display case as seen on google ad. Company had US address and website seemed legit. Placed order and paid thru PayPal. Was given tracking # thru PayPal- no confirmation or contact at all from company. PayPal payment went to 2018 (HKG)limited and contact email was not same as on website. On Dec 20 package was DELIVERED, but not to me. Went to local post office and spoke with supervisor. Was to another local address and package was under 4 pounds, Item i ordered should have been about 15 lbs. also my usual mailman was delivering that day as well and knew I had no package to match tracking number, I checked the tracking history and it was for Ohio area Amazon. Paypal denied my claim after speaking with SELLER who claimed package was delivered. I had cc company cancel payment and also opened probe with FBI cyber fraud division. Company phone # is to cell phone and address does not appear on Zillow or Google. Total sham company.

I reached out to my UPS driver on a package that the tracking number stated "Met with woman". I hadn't seen him in two weeks. Yet... my package was to have been delivered. He was puzzled... he KNEW he hadn't wrote that. So he checked into it more... and the tracking number stated he had delivered it. Now he KNEW he wasn't even in my area at the time it claims delivered... and he certainly hasn't spoken to me in a few weeks. We have a designated drop spot for packages. So he looks into it further. Here... there is a scam where ones STEAL TRACKING NUMBERS TO THE SAME ZIP CODE. That was what was done. This package was to another name... in the same zip code. When upon checking closer... So a SCAM... Where one is stealing tracking numbers. I HAD NO IDEA THAT WAS POSSIBLE! I had thought PayPal was a protected payment option. Now, I'm trying to deal with their saying the package was delivered. UPS said... this happens... and I should be reimbursed.
