This app is a great way to earn extra cash and the surveys are fun and easy to do there are many different topics covered so they are always new

Surveys repeatedly freeze up after completing preliminary questions. Have reported this multiple times.
Earned points but can only redeem if have a mobile phone... wasted my time and lost money in the process. Upsetting.

Don't waste your time, this is a complete scam, and this company uses fraudulent tactics and needs to be shut down!
I spent hours upon hours filling out surveys on this page. I can only confirm that it happens regularly that one gets kicked out mid-survey, or after the survey was completed the "surveys fill up quickly" notification pops up, and the points are not awarded.
I collected approx 5000 points over the course of weeks, about $50. When I finally wanted to cash out, I couldn't. I contacted the company and as soon as they got my message they suspended my account and said "Due to the information provided in your account, we are unable to include you as a member of our community".
There was no issue with my account until I tried to get paid, I was continually encouraged to continue to take surveys and was able to do so. Only when I tried to get paid there was some vague issue all of a sudden. I was never given any specific information about what they thought was a problem all of a sudden. I know for sure that I was consistent with the information I gave (demographic questions etc), I took my time and made sure I was.
I think this is criminal behavior. If they want to block someone from taking surveys in the future that is fine, but pay out the points for the work people have already done, and all the valuable data they have given. After all, on average you only make about $3 per hour, oftentimes less.
Also, I don't believe the information they are giving on the leaderboard is correct. Any time of day I checked the leaderboard, the person at the top had 2000+ points (in a day). Based on my experience, this is absolutely impossible! Even if you spend 10 hours a day filling out surveys, you wouldn't even come close.
If you want to make a little extra cash, there are so many better options, don't fall for this scam and make these cheating criminals rich!
