Yes, this is a legal legitimate way to earn rewards online. Tax rates only apply if a user makes over $600.00 USD within a year. This will only be linked to your bank account if you choose a payment method that requires it.
It is legal. If you are in the US and you make under $500 from that, it will not be taxed. You do not need to link a bank account. Don't link one for security reasons. The site however is a scam. They will block you the moment you reach the first payout amount of 500 points. Don't bother with it.
