Chatted 3 times online regarding my auto renewal and auto renewal price. Auto renew never happened and I was charged more than the Amount I was told. Was hung up on during chat. Really questioning my decision to renew with you. Will not recommend.

I am very grateful for the service provided and quickness I received the ESA forms but I was taken back a bit by the numerous amount of emails and texts I received while waiting for the approval and after. I wanted to get the ESA vest and other articles for my fur baby but could not afford it the day I first placed my order. And now the emails keep coming even though I've already purchased the ESA package. And now I can't go back and re-order the vest since it's combined in the initial package which makes no sense for me to order a new ESA approval as the current is good for a year. So now I'm forced to unsubscribe to avoid the influx of advertising.

Took a few conversations back and forth but was able to get my cat ESA approved and my apartment documents signed by a licensed doctor so he can live with me rent free! Would highly recommend!

I did have a mix up I didn't realize I had checked box for the new ESA CARD AND MEDICAL LETTERS, to be sent each year. But it was all straightened out by a wonderful woman named Honey, thank god for her 👍now I'm waiting on new card and tag for his collar before we leave for Florida in few weeks
