I always ask if you who took care of the matter in which I had to wait over 6 days for someone to reply to me as to my question if not only the digital documents but via postal mail as well. Well after several requests (my apologies), it was seen and the digital documents were sent. I still haven't received the original from the mail but, it's ok. It was sufficient. I have recommended family to do receive the ESA documente as well, because we travel allot and our pets ( children), keep us safe. Thank you again.

I can't complain because I've been able to catch my flights with my little helper as well as go in to the grocery stores with the help of him being by my side when I need him the most I really appreciate this. I just wish I didn't move so fast because the first ad I read it came with the vest and the card for the price I paid so that's why I clicked on it and realized it wasn't the right one but eventually I will get a vest and I'd card because I feel with those two I won't get asked as many questions about his service if he walks around with his vest displaying who he is and his on his job working as a support dog then people would not try to distract him as much. So if you guys can let me know when you have a special on I'd cards and the vest please inform me. And thank you for your services
