Some of your website is confusing. Not sure what you pay for until you are done. It needs a page for confirmation with itemized list of items purchased. Also need a way to track where your items are in delivery process.

I will say it was a good experience only reason I give it a 4 is how much your paying for I just wish some stuff come with it like the certificate and card. I understand purchasing the leashes and vest but it would be nice to have those along with ESA documents and etc. But I will say they did have my documents within those 24-48hours and communicated excellent when I receive the downloads and further questions I may have not understand.

I used the Ez renew and it was quick and convenient. My only concern at the moment is that I don't receive the certificates or a physical ID, to have this would be a bid help. Also, the service states that my ID and documents are good for a year, but the expiration date for the digital ID says 11/2025 which is less than 1 year, so that was confusing and was never fixed/explained.

Support pets are the quickest and most efficient way to get an ESA approval. This really saved me quite a bit of money when I moved into my new apartment. The esa fee per year is exponentially smaller than a pet fee.

I was only allowed to register 2 of my 3 cats. I only received one tag and and one harness. I was also charged $386 for the second cat. I've tried contacting the customer service department with no response. I feel as if I was ripped off by your company.
