On one of the documents I registered 2 dogs puffles and Chloe. On one it has suki. I don't understand how that happened. Please fix it for me and thank you

I thought my second pet was free and I paid for the vest for my 5pound Yorkie and was sent for the second dog. German Shepard never got anything that I ordered for my Yorkie.
So far so good. I had this on an earlier dog that I had. This seemed a little more difficult but I'm not sure how.
Thank you all for being so wonderful and so supportive for people like me who have PTSD and depression anxiety, all those things even when it took me longer ticket to some of my document I want to thank you so much your service is wonderful you make it possible for people like me to get the emotional support dog hopefully get my service dog again but would be so awesome thank you and thank you again for making all of this possible for someone like me. I just had to return the puppy that I was training due to medical issues so hopefully I can find another one soon this is a hard part for me and you guys have been there every step of the way I just don't even know how to say thank you your service makes it possible for people like me to be able to train with just something I love to do. This is hard for me right now but you hold that love for your pop in your heart and you move that on to the next one which is going to be healthy and happy and work is a team with you and that is what you are teaching not thank you again

Good except I did not receive a lease for the jacket that the dog needs to wear when we go for our walks
I love being able to take my dog with me. He loves going. With me just as much. It is money well spent.
