Everything was super efficient and quick not sure it matters but it says pup is 2.9 lbs and she has since grown she is now 11 lbs not sure if that matters?

They don't have a functioning website. When I first ordered my ESA letter and ID paperwork I got it in about 48 hrs. But I created a login and password, but I can never login again because the website doesn't have a sign in button. I also ordered vests for my s dogs. The ordering page can only have 1 item in the shopping cart at once. So had to make a second order for the 2nd vest. But they had the same order number, so I only got one vest but they charged me for 2. I called today and asked about the 2nd vest. They tried to tell me that I only ordered 1 vest. I told them that I ordered 2 and only got one. I also told me that my Bank alerted me of a double charge for the same item. Then she said " so what size do you want on the 2nd vest'? I said I ORDERED a size xxs,so that's what I need. Already got the XS vest.She says: " so you want a bigger size? " no a xxs is smaller than XS!.Im starting to think Im dealing with an Idiot now... Im calling because I can't check my account online on your website because there isn't a sign in button there. I told her... I have a feedback for the corporate office:" tell them that if they don't fix this, I will not renew my ESA certificate with you, and I will not recommend you to anyone. But I definitely will write a review after this."
Process is easy to follow and I'm so happy to have my fur babies around all the time. I used to avoid flying because I couldn't bring them along but I can't wait for my next trip. I'm all set!

Registration process was simple and easy. The documents were sent within 48hr as promised. The vest, ID card and tag arrived within 4 weeks. My dog can now go everywhere I go Hassel free!
