Very easy process! I wish I would get the refund for the harness I ordered but then was told it would not be big enough for my 155 lb dog. I have not received the harness nor my refund.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet with at home holidays and both my wife and I getting COVID But I was sure I was suppose to get two ID cards but only got one. Also if Sophie happens to lose the collar id will i be able to get another one?
