I have been in touch with ESA Customer Service about the fact that the vest they sent for my dog is too small. They have told me my request for a size medium will be taken care of. I have not recieved the new vest at this time.

My complex managers are buttholes and they gave me 0 $#*!e about the process when I applied for an ESA with Support Pets paperwork. Which is highly uncharacteristic of them! Papers came electronically fast and the tag for her collar is cute. Very easy process and best $ I ever spent

I was had have been diagnosed with bipolar with depression I have emotional support animals, I was approved through this company also, then I send a email over saying they never received my assignment, it was about a week or more then I finally got it emailed to me after I was told I wasn't approved after I was approved? So long story short I won't be renewing with this company at all
