I have been in touch with ESA Customer Service about the fact that the vest they sent for my dog is too small. They have told me my request for a size medium will be taken care of. I have not recieved the new vest at this time.

I was had have been diagnosed with bipolar with depression I have emotional support animals, I was approved through this company also, then I send a email over saying they never received my assignment, it was about a week or more then I finally got it emailed to me after I was told I wasn't approved after I was approved? So long story short I won't be renewing with this company at all
