After making my purchase, it took me 3.5 weeks to receive my documents. I also had to speak to customer service multiple times. Once I said I wanted a refund, I received the documents the following day. Had they given me a timeline of 1 month from the start, I would be happier with the service.
I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised! The process was easy, clear to follow and I received my documents faster than expected!
