It was a quick process to become certified but there are a bunch of emails and prompts to "upgrade" and buy more packages. In a response to opt out of an offer, it was "no, I don't care about my pet." That was a bit much.

It was a really easy process to make it possible to bring your furry companion anywhere you go and don't need to worry about them at a sitter and be worrying about them and being stressed out instead of having fun when your gone

When i applied they mentioned only a payment of $87.00 then charged the credit card 299.00 with no explanation i had to contact them a few times in order for someone to explain the amount apparently they charge a separate fee for doctor to sign among the house & travel which they do not say on there.

So far I have had nothing but positive responses and help. I've been treated with respect and kindness. Your support is very important and appreciated I actually started doing this about 9 years ago with a letter from my Doctor suggests I need my dogs to help keep my mental health stable and out of the hospital.
