The approval process was longer than what was told on the website, I waited about a week before getting the email saying it had been approved. I don't really like that there isn't someone that you can speak to over the phone and have to submit a request to speak with someone. But customer service was quick to respond and be as helpful as they could be. Overall it was a good experience and have recommended this site to multiple friends of mine.

I do get my documents, with the doctor's letter, eventually sent. I always have to inquire about when they will finally be sent, and always receive them 4-6 weeks later.

I was "approved" by their "doctor" to have 2 support pets. I went through the whole process and when I submitted my letters to my apartment complex they asked for an additional document to specify that I did indeed need 2 pets. I reached out to Support Pets and after several days of waiting finally received a message stating the "doctor" didn't feel comfortable filling out this additional form. WTH?! Why did she approve 2 pets in the first place then? So when I requested my money back because it didn't work and they promise satisfaction guaranteed they only offered to remove one pet, not give me my money back. I went to Pettable, spoke with a real therapist and received a letter to show both of my pets in my unit. The letter was written so well because the therapist actually diagnosed me in a legit way that they didn't even need the additional paperwork. Skip Support Pets, don't waste your money.

I just moved into a new apartment and they required a down payment for any pets. The apartment had also changed managements and so did their pet policy. I was stressed out and thought a process like this was going to take time until I was recommend to contact you guys. You guys made the process so easy and stressed free. The process of making my dog an esa was much simpler than i initially thought it was. Im hoping to move in the new year and ive been met with a lot of places in my budget that dont allow pets so this is a great way to help me stay in budget and have my best friend with me. Quite a lot of places that do allow pets where i live also charge pet rent, pet fees & extra security deposits so having him as an esa i can save myself some money and live somewhere nice.

So quick and easy got all my stuff in time matter of fact is was earlier than expected within a day in a half and was everything I needed for my complex and totally worth it to make the extra purchase for the card and certificate as well thanks pet smart! Now I have the dog tag on the Way and receiving a discount for the training too!

It was quick and easy but i have actually diagnoses and some places require those diagnoses to be listed out, not just general "stress". I mean i got the exact same letter as my cousin did but with my dogs instead of hers.

Great I love the way it gives my dog the feeling that he can go with me on all my trips.

Told them what I needed and what for; and boom got it. Now I'm dealing with less stress. Wish I got two tracking tags but luckily my smart but dorky dogs stay together whenever they wonder the woods. They come back when I whistle. Guess they are just making sure nothing ahead that's a problem for me🥰

I can't believe how fast I received the ESA paperwork! Now just waiting for her doggy tag
