A little pricey and they don't really tell you how much you're being charged when you put your card info in. It said one price and then my card was charged another. But I will say the ESA letter they provided did get my dog approved without fees.

Easy and fast but had some issues but we're finally resolved after 4 different chats over 2 days, glad they have 24/7 support. They do follow up and resolve issues within 24 hours at the most, which is good! Current issue, I only received my ESA documents in a pdf format as the website wouldn't let me download them after I fully registered and watched the video seven times and the link would not pop up in two different browsers I used. I'm concerned that I won't have access to my documentation on my portal/website on here and for all the future things I will need to do and update for my pup. If someone can, please look into this matter and get back to me via email, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much for everything!
