Easy questions to answer, approved in less than 3 minutes, informational video, and documents available within 48 hours. I gave 4 stars because you have to pay extra for Rental Forms. Also generally a letter from a licensed doctor lasts forever but with Support Pets you have to renew your ESA every year to keep your ESA valid. Still cheaper than paying for a pet monthly on a lease and the company has to make additional income somehow but the letters really don't have to "expire" (my first two dogs are legit from my primary care physician but her facility no longer accepts my medical insurance and I needed an ESA asap for my newest animal as I can't wait 3 months to get a physical appointment at a new doctors office).

Very easy to get this but I have found that it doesn't work everywhere. Your pup/dog has to be registered as a service dog for him /her to go with you everywhere.

Love support pets. I did get a lot of emails with documents so it was a little confusing. Also it said the cost was $99 to renew but I got charged $134. Still cheaper than my rent price for a pet.
