Thank you! This process was seamless and I am so excited for our new addition to our to family to be able to travel with us. My elderly Mom really needs this.
It was easy but expensive to sign up only to find out that you still have to pay more to allow your dog to travel with you. Also the price for PSD is different on every email which waxes like a scam. I am hoping that this is legitimate since I spent my grocery money on it and still have no information on the harness and leash I purchased. I still plan to take the PSD courses when I get my already purchased items.
Easy to get done and easy access to documents. They were 1000% understanding about everything and they helped me get my fur baby as an ESA
And for that I'm thankful.

When I started this process, it was super user friendly, extremely helpful and did not take long at all. My only issue was when I was trying to enter my address to receive my dogs harness, it wouldn't save and just processed for a long time. But I spoke with customer service the next day and every thing was handled.

Well it started out my landlord wanted me to get Esa papers for my animals or they would have to leave this website helped me put a stop to that an gave my loving babies the best day ever they love there vest an the name tags awesome an the guide to training them superb my hades an Apollo love to learn new things an this has been hands down best experience I've had

They tried to charge me 386 after I make my payment

I have been a adamant customer of yours since 2019 with Oliver Louis, who was a Staffi Pitbull and with all the negative press etc of this breed in which I have had since I was able to have a dog in 1991.

I was able to recieve an ESA for my two cats and I'm so grateful to have the documentation for both of them. I have peace of mind knowing I can actively pursue a new living arrangement with having the care I need. I'm grateful for the team and for the in-state doctor that approved my diagnosis.

I do not understand why I asked for 2 pets and it only did one. I added Milly Krim? It says I must send you an email in order to add the 2nd pet? Can u please help me with this. I also could not get a receipt showing my purchase for Charlotte?
