This company was a fortunate find. Came across it accidentally while searching for a family old time staple/ Brioschi. Never knew the candy even existed. But now many of my family and friends are very happy to have them. They are pleasant and tasty and provide on the go security when needed. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. I have been purchasing your Italian products for several years. Your selection of EVO Oils is excellent, oils vary from good to excellent.
You salami - at least the ones I purchased - are not good at all for my taste, and I am very familiar with Italian salamis.

I've been ordering products from Supermarket Italy's website for over two years now and have always been extremely satisfied with their products and service. The care in which they wrap and package my shipments is unsurpassed, and their speed of delivery is very fast. I enjoy purusing the different international product offerings from countries like Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, and of course Italy. I go to Supermarket Italy to find things I can't get at my local grocery store.

Upon arrival, one bag was completely open, and the Biscottis were floating around in the interior box. However, there was no damage to the shipping box. I opened the second bag and placed them in a seal-tight container. The following day I grabbed my coffee and two biscottis. The first bite of the biscottis tasted odd, almost a dry dough flavor. I tried again and then asked a coworker what she thought; she said it didn't taste right.

Before posting this review, I emailed and completed their customer satisfaction survey. Mistakes happen, but when a company asks a customer to share their experience and does not address it, there is no excuse for that.

Each time I have ordered from Supermarket Italy I have been pleased with my experience and with the product. My package arrived well packed and promptly. The one time that I had an issue the Customer Service was seamless.

In years past good Canadian marmalade was available in large tins at the local supermarket. They discontinued the large tins but still offered 8-oz jars, which were also eventually discontinued. Trader Joe's offered it for a while and then discontinued. A local market offered Austrian D'arbo marmalade, but not for long. Now this top-quality marmalade is available only on-line. I'm very happy with my experience buying D'arbo marmalade through the Supermarket Italy website.

The two Italian groceries who used to carry Medaglia D'Oro Expresso coffee no longer seemed able to stock it. I was thrilled when I discovered this alternative means of finally obtaining it! Painlessly as well!

I received out of date products. I asked for and received a refund as I do not use any outdated items. Could not believe a business would actually ship that. Found another source for my olive juice already received.

I placed an order for flour and received olives, I could see the mix up in the labels. I called supermarket italy and they sent me a return label for the olives and sent out my flour order to replace the mix up. It took all but 2 days to receive my order. Excellent Service.

I probably won't be ordering this product again. I have bought it regularly for several years running from SuperMarketitaly.com but the price went up so high this time vs. last time, that I can't really justify the increase anymore. Have to find a different product with a more reasonable price.

They experience is generally good. However, each time i order one of the nut cream spreads, there is always one bottle that is ajar and leaking. I am using this as an ingredient and as a result, can't use the one that arrived opened.

Very happy with the product and ability to find a source for San Bitter. When I ordered, it was not stated that there would be a delay in shipping. I am not sure if it was out of stock at the time or if it is normal to have a long period of time before items go out. My order confirmation stated I would be notified when my order was shipped, which I was not. It was a surprise to me when it was delivered.

I happened upon Divina Fig and Chili Spread, and devoured the jar in a week. Then I couldn't find it anywhere near me, Fortunately i found it online at Supermarket Italy, and soon had six jars gleaming on my counter. Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, great items.

I had good service and delivery of my olive oil, but the expiration data was the same as it was for my previous purchase over 1.5 years ago. It is not expired but I would like to have the expiration date information prior to purchase because I purchase large quantities and need more time to use up the olive oil.

Very nice candied fruit or as the French call it glacee fruit. Most were small fruit as it's supposed to be, but there was one full size pear which had to be cut up and segmented. Otherwise we enjoyed it!

This was my first time ordering from supermarketiItaly.com. I am very pleased, the order arrived in time and I received an email notifying me that my package had been delivered and they added a free gift (German chocolates and German cookies). I bought a very tiny jar of Dalmatia Sour Cherry spread while traveling in California. I was thrilled to find a site where I could purchase a bigger jar. It arrived carefully packed in bubble-wrap. I plan to order another jar as a gift. Thank you.
