Supermarket Italy

Order placement was easy. Delivery was quick. Price was excellent! I was expecting my 3 little jars of truffle salt in a small box but a larger one arrived — with complimentary Italian hard candies and a box of guylian chocolates! I don't know if it was because I was a first time customer or because my order arrived close to the holidays, no matter. It was a nice touch that was most appreciated!

During pandemic, it was not always easy to get specialty products, specially when we couldn't physically go to local stores, as online order through local stores seemed to be limited in variety of what we could get.
Now I can go to local stores, but still order specialty items which are not offered at local stores.
Supermarket Italy has many options to choose from with reasonably priced. That's the reason we still order from them.

My first time ordering from the website so I was a little iffy bc of the look of the website plus I've never heard of it, but decided to take a chance. Luckily I was not let down, my order came quickly and did not disappoint.

Outstanding customer service! Placed an order for the Guanciale and some sausages, fedex delayed the shipment and Supermarket Italy, unsolicited, sent an entire new order to our home. They really care about the quality of their products.

Shopping and checkout experience as been very good.

Shipping came quickly and they did a VERY good job with packaging. I ordered 15 glass bottles and they were well wrapped and secured. I appreciate the effort they put in for that.

I loved the supermarket when I went to New York. Shipping is a bit expensive for the item, I know it doesn't cost 6.99 to mail this but I haven't been able to find this item anywhere else, so I'm grateful.

I have shopped at Supermarket Italy several times and have always been very satisfied with my shopping experience. If there is any issue with my order, I receive an email and can get that issue resolved quickly and with confidence.

As you see below I recently purchased a dozen jars of the Eggplant salad, one of the bottles arrived with a leak. Please kindly replace it. I have attached a picture to show it leaked into your packaging. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Never before have I seen such careful packaging! Everything was wrapped individually and carefully. I received my order only two days after placing it.
I have made bread with the Antimo Caputo 00 flour and when I served it at dinner my daughter thought I had purchased the bread and wanted to know where I found it. It was that good!
I am looking forward to trying the other products.

I just wanted to leave a few nice reviews for some products. It didn't let me submit any reviews until I added stars, a title, and text for each. Now I have to add this before I submit? I really just wanted to be a little supportive of a small business, but this is making it so difficult

I ordered for the first time on 4/28/24. I received the order on 5/12/24. I live in Eugene, Oregon, not so far to deliver.

After my order I was informed, on 5/1/24, that one of the items was out of stock. I don't get how that could have happened because the site lists in stock and out of stock items and I was careful to ensure the item was in stock.

One of the items I received has a Use By date of Nov 2024, though all of the others are well into 2025. That's acceptable, but I question how long that item has been in stock.

I am unhappy with the total time it took to receive the order. A competitor in the same are of the country delivered in about 3 days.

The products looked very good. Carefully packed with no damage.

The item I ordered was found to be out of stock. I received correspondence informing me and asked if I would like to substitute a different item. The interaction was very appreciated and very timely. Providing a great customer experience!

The order took too long or it felt like it did because I could not track the package. I was worried the package would arrive and be taken from my porch before I had a chance to retrieve it. I received the package.

I ordered and did not see a delivery date when I checked out. Because it was a gift, I emailed to inquire if it would arrive in time.
I received a reply within 2 hours that it would be there in time and indeed it was!

Everything arrived quickly and I was impressed by how well everything was packaged so that all items including glass bottles and cake boxes arrived intact. The variety of products was exceptional. I am very pleased.

I have shopped here before and have been very happy with product and the wrapping for shipping is great. Hopefully it will be with these bottles.---They have arrived and bottles were well packed. Great job.

Frustrating. I have not received my order, Sitejabber, which is assigned to quality control orders for this company, didn't even have an autoresponder to their support email address.

I am going to cancel my order / dispute the charge. Dismal experience.

Deliver my goods or return money! I've shown that this item was impossible to fit in the package I have received. I need the ordered items or my money back.
I think trust is the most important value for an online shop. This behavior is undermining trust in this online shopping.

I found the candy Spicchi Su from supermarketitaly after having received it at a local restaurant at the end of our meal. This site sold it on sale for a great price. I love that they let you know what the expiration date of their merchandise is. Places can give you old/outdated stock.

I tried ordering on Friday and signed up for the 10% discount and despite being given a code, there is no place to put the code and the discount code didn't work in the gift card spot. I had to wait until Monday to do the live chat, which wasn't really live. But once someone got back to me, they gave me a refund for the overcharge. The products are great.
