Super.com is quick and easy to use with great deals anywhere!
Simple UI, and I liked it. Rescheduling visit days was a bit complicated but not bad.
Very easy to use and fast. Had no issues at all with booking a hotel room.
Jus a quick call, they directed me right through it, before you knew it I was already booked thank you
Because I had to change the date of my Hotel stay, the whole cancelation and rebooking process along with having to "set up an account" ending up with a credit in your system rather than it being applied to the new booking. Just added aggravation to the process and feeling of being taken advantage of online.
What a great way to find rooms at reasonable prices for great rooms.
Easy to use app. Booking confirmation arrives via text and email. Super convenient.

Great experience finding and booking hotel rooms for our road trip.
Super.com was a convenient search tool to find the best rate for my hotel stay.
Easy and fast followed by a confirmation after payment. Site gave you good options.
They give you low prices by putting a very very small fine print that they don't cover any other fees other than the room. You have to pay the hotel for other fees. Never had this problems with other platforms. Stay away no matter how cheap they state. There's always hidden fees somewhere
Hey Jacky,
Thank you for voicing your concerns! We take these matters seriously, as integrity and transparency are at the heart of our services. We strive to always be transparent with our customers and give all the information needed, both before and after booking.
Our hotel rooms are sourced from diverse partners and wholesalers to offer you the best rates, including access to exclusive deals. We aim to provide a positive and seamless booking experience for our customers.
When booking with Super.com, room rates at checkout include all applicable sales taxes, giving you a clear understanding of the total cost upfront. On the final checkout page, you will find the total price, which includes all fees and taxes.
However, it's important to note that some hotels may have additional mandatory fees, like resort fees, deposits, tourism taxes, or other charges, such as cleaning fees.
You can find information about these fees in the "About" section of each hotel page or in the hotel’s terms and conditions before booking. At the bottom of the 'About' page, you'll find the 'Mandatory Fees' section, which lists charges imposed exclusively by the hotel on all guests, payable onsite.
Since these fees are charged directly by the property, they’re separate from what Super.com handles.
If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Our friendly 24/7 live agents are always here to help. You can find all our contact information on the app and site: https://www.super.com/support.
We hope this helps clear things up and remember—we’re always here for you!
Amazing and I moved it so much thank you my good friends over here
With "Super" I was able to get a best proce for ery good hotel. I´m very satisfied with servise. Well done!
I travel a lot and have hundreds of experiences making reservations online. Super.com can be tricky. WARNING: I tried to make a reservation for the 31st and went through credit card payment, etcetera, but when I hit confirm, it said the room was no longer available, but they had a better choice for $30 more, same hotel. It was almost midnight, so I clicked ok. It booked the room without warning me that it was for the FOLLOWING week. I called customer service and they told me the reservation was not cancellable even though it was their site that mislead me. The hotel said that super.com could cancel it if they wanted but the hotel can't. So frustrating to throw away $178.91 and get zero customer service. The time before this, it changed from king to queen beds. I'm done with Super.Com! WARNING: Be careful and review everything before you confirm.
Hi William,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We know how important it is to have your booking align with your travel plans. We assure you that integrity and transparency are at the core of our services.
Please keep in mind that we are not able to modify any reservations or change your research. Your reservations are based on the criteria you provided. If your preferred dates are not available, we will inform you and show you the next best options. Therefore, it is essential to carefully check all details such as dates, location, room type, and price before finalizing your reservation. Also, don't forget to review our cancellation policy for more information on your options.
As your booking is non-refundable, any modifications or cancellations usually require approval from the hotel. We recommend contacting the hotel directly to discuss any potential changes.
If they approve, we're happy to help with issuing a refund or compensation. Once you've secured approval from the hotel, you can initiate the cancellation by visiting: http://go.super.com/amendmentform and following the prompts.
We hope this clears up any concerns you may have had!
Please everyone watch out for this company.
I was searching for "Free Cancelation" hotel options because I am not 100% certain about my New Year Eve plans.
I found a super.com offer that stated "Free Cancellation" and selected it to purchase.
After my selection was made, a note immediately popped up to tell my cancellation was "UPGRADED", which by definition means, "To raise the quality of; to improve the grade of".
Once I got my confirmation email, I realized that the dates that were selected were for only 1 night, and I had intended to book for 2. I went back to cancel the reservation with the intent to re-book for 2 nights, and then noticed the confirmation email states "non-refundable".
I reached out to their customer service via internet chat, and then via phone, and then spoke with their supervisor, only to find out what happened.
Apparently they have a different definition of what "free cancellation" and "upgrade" means, and it was my mistaken to not have known that. They stated that once the cancellation was "upgraded", what they meant was, "Your 'free cancellation' is no longer available, instead we are giving you 'travelers insurance' and changing it to a 'non-refundable status except for unforeseen circumstances".
As a 40 year old educated professional, I am very bothered by this. It is clear that this company is using confusing advertising and purposefully sneaky ways to manipulate the customer into thinking they are buying something that they are not.
This booking was 4 months in advance, I IMMEDIATELY reached out to them one I realized what happened, and they gave me no sympathy, concern or understanding. Pardon my French but they were essentially like, "Tough $#*!, deal with it. You were stupid for not reading the fine print and assuming we would not want to rip you off".
I will never again use this company, and I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows about my experience, so they may not be stuck with a $300 room they will not use, and a disheartening experience with a customer service department.
Hi Jessica,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Your input is invaluable to us, as it guides our continual improvement and growth. We take these matters seriously and assure you that integrity and transparency are at the core of our services.
We understand your concerns regarding the upgrade to your refund policy and would like to provide some clarity. When making a reservation, it's essential to differentiate between the type of booking selected.
You have chosen a Non-refundable rate, which comes with a more restrictive cancellation and refund policy. By choosing for an enhanced refund option, you may get more flexibility under certain conditions, though the upgrade itself is non-refundable.
For those who choose a flexible rate, cancellations within the grace period are fully refundable. If they decided to further enhance the policy, it's designed to provide additional protection, but certain terms must be met for a refund to be issued.
For a detailed overview of our reservation policies, we recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions on our website. To learn more about the Enhanced Refund policy, please visit the following links:

We hope this clarifies the reservation policies for you.
Good selection of accommodation at reasonable prices. Good communication.
Our experience was all good, quick, easy, good value...
Answer: They were $3 cheaper but ended up being very expensive

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
Hey Robert,
Thanks for sharing your experience with us! We want to make sure every customer is taken care of, and we're here to help.
Upon review, please know that when you canceled your first reservation, you chose to receive your refund in credits, which is why the refund was issued this way. We understand this might not have been your intention, but that was the option selected.
Using these credits for future bookings is super easy! Once you select your hotel and room, just head to the booking page and look for the "credits" tab under "cancellation policy." You can easily apply the amount you want.
Since you intended to apply those credits in your new booking but couldn’t, our Support Team has removed them and issued a refund to your original payment method. You should see it in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
As for the three charges on your card, please know that we only have two confirmed reservations on our end: one canceled and refunded, and the other still active. Please check the email from our Support Team for the next steps, and we'll investigate this further.
We’re here to assist you every step of the way!
