The room sounds nice for 3-4 people, it was easy to book and Super honoured a Group rate. Date is still two weeks away so hopefully it all works out.

Super.com - not so super when something goes wrong!
It's easy for a company to match the competition when things are going well. It's when things go wrong a company shows it true colours and where they care a hoot about their customers. Super.com do not!
In this case I made an error, we can all make mistakes. I thought I was booking a hotel for the following day (17th Oct 2024) and hence was happy to book it non refundable, what could go wrong between today and tomorrow. When I turned up at the hotel, I found to my embarrassment I had booked the room for a year forward for 17th October 2025!) The Hotel were helpful and said in the circumstances of a genuine human error, they could change my booking free of charge, but they would have to receive the amendment request from Super.com the booking agent. I thanked them for their understanding and got it touch with Super.com via their app chat function. I explained the situation to the advisor, but all she could do was quote that my booking was non refundable and that despite the fact the Hotel were totally willing to change the dates Super.com were not. I even offered to pay an amendment fee, but computer says no and it became immediately apparent that Super.com are more than happy to profit from their customers mistakes and will give no leeway should you make a simple error, which a decent company like the Hotel was willing to sort out. I won't use Super.com again and I will tell everyone I ever meet how they don't care about their customers and to avoid at all costs.
Booking was easy, although the biggest issue was booking multiple rooms at the same time.
Super.com was easy to use for my hotel needs. I am grateful and look forward to the accommodations selected!

Took them about 30 minutes to figure it out, and that was even with two other couples who also used super.com and checked in a few hours before we did. They had the same issues.
Found the hotel on line. It fitted with my plans, so I booked the room I needed
I contacted the hotel directly to ensure that they did indeed have my reservation. I had not used Super.com before. The reservation did not show up on their database. I emailed them but have not received a reply.
I also had an issue with the 'refer a friend discount'. My friend Dorothy Price had booked for the same date ( May 31/25) and sent me the discount code. There was no option to enter it on my checkout page. When I went to the help files it said that the room I booked May have not been eligible for the discount. Perhaps you can research that for me. Thank you.
Everything was simple and easy to navigate. No hassles. Enjoyed my hotel stay.

We booked a hotel through Super for 4 nights from 2nd October. We made this reservation on Saturday 28th September after our previous booking with another hotel was canceled due to storm damage from Hurricane Helena
We arrived at the hotel, Barefoot Beach Club on Madeira Beach, to find it closed due to storm damage!
Super.com should not have taken our booking as the hotel would already have been closed at the time of booking.
We returned to Tampa to find all the accommodation booked because of people being displaced by the storm damage. We almost had to sleep in our car but after 2 hours of searching luckily found a room for the night
I can't believe Super.com booked us into a hotel which was buried in sand and had no power, they should have known this.
Incompetence on a Biblical Scale!
We've had to pay rack rate for inferior hotels because we're having to book whatever we can find last minute. Super.com are even less interested in paying compensation than they were in supporting us to find alternatives.
Unbelievably they won't even refund the money we paid them originally until we prove that we found an alternative by sending them copies of the receipts!
I can't think what they would do if we'd been forced to sleep in our car….
And now I'm being asked to upload copies of the invoices from the hotels I had to book myself because of Super.com's incompetence before they will refund me! And I'm being told that one of my documents isn't good enough so they can't proceed. It can't be difficult to find out that the hotel is still closed for themselves. Shameful behaviour to avoid doing the right thing.
14 October; still waiting for a response. I've tried raising a Formal Complaint as well but that's been ignored as well. Despicable.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
