Great experience and easy, why do You ask for a tip of $22,,,at the very least give the customer an option to tip there desired amount not your set gratuity price of $22. I did all the work, therefore no tip!
FUE RAPIDO Y FACIL, ADEMAS MUY BUENOS PRECIOS OFRECE PRECIOS MAS BAJOS QUE LAS DEMAS AGENCIA
Wowwowowowowowowowowowowowowwowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowo
Very easy to use the site and great price! Would highly recommend it. Will use for the future!
Easy to book and best price I found searching for my hotel
Super.com had a room at my preferred hotel, which I wanted to book early evening for that same evening. Expedia no longer had the option to book for the same day and I stumbled on Super.com. Plus, Super.com's price, taxes included, was something like $20-30 less than what Expedia would have been. In sum, promising app for when you are travelling and only decide at end of day how far you want to drive.
Easy to book and hotel seems to have nice staff and an easy to use booking system.
Nice and easy! Seriously? 50 characters? Well I'm a character, so does that count?
Very easy and fast online booking. No apps to dowload, no hassle, everything was clear and easy to complete online.
My experience has been very good. The price is perfect and I love that I get an immediate confirmation with the hotel
First time user of Super.com - very happy saved almost 10% on best price through normal hotel review sites. Will look forward to using again
This is my first time using super.com and got to say it gets 10 out of 10! I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK! :D
Crowded a wee bit at mom's. Never fear: within 5 minutes distance there's a hotel and these guys hook you up. Actually get to the hotel and the dude hooked me up further too. Lucky? Perhaps. Risk it.
Best rate available compared to others. I will recommend Soper.com to volleyball parents that often travel to Gainsville for volleyball tournaments.
Was very quick
Price was much cheaper than other sites!
Note: After the complaint on Sitejabber, Super.com canceled the reservation and refunded the purchase on my credit card.
I made a reservation for the Hyatt Place Aruba Airport hotel from January 11 to 18,2025, through the hotel booking site "Super.com", found by searching the renowned Trivago website. The reservation was charged to my card immediately by Super.com. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no communication of our reservation to the hotel. We contacted Super.com by phone and spent several hours communicating with them (myself, my wife and the hotel staff). After some time without resolving the problem, they said that they were having "problems with the booking system" and suggested that we wait a few more hours, or perhaps until the next day, to see if the notification of the reservation that had already been paid for would reach the hotel? The hotel staff suggested canceling the reservation as an alternative, which was accepted by the booking site and by us. At the same time, we opened a process to cancel the reservation and the payment of the reservation, by email, from an email sent by Super.com with a copy to me and to the hotel, and a reply from the hotel to the same email stating that it agreed to cancel the reservation.
As a result, we had to pay for a night in the hotel at the absurd counter price. We then managed to book another hotel for the next six nights of our stay through Booking.com. As well as spending more on the problem of this paid-for and unfulfilled booking, we (my wife, myself and my six-year-old son who suffers from Autistic Spectrum Disorder) had to wait for hours to get into the hotel. Needless to say, since then there has been no response from Super.com regarding the request to cancel the reservation and refund the payment, and no response to the last contacts I tried to make.
It's also worth mentioning that the Hyatt Hotel staff informed us that the hotel was full for some of the seven nights we booked through Super.com. In other words, this booking site is offering services that it cannot honor...
I am contesting this purchase so that I don't have to pay for a service that was not and could not have been provided. And I suggest that you only book through travel sites that we know are reliable, such as Booking.com and Viator. Be wary of bookings priced well below market value, especially last-minute offers.
Answer: They were $3 cheaper but ended up being very expensive

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
