I went to the Super.com website and searched the hotel I wanted and the dates and the price was better than anything else I could find.
We had to cancel a recent 2 day reservation to 1 day with a well known Motel chain through Super.com. We paid the extra fee in case of cancelations or changes. (This is actually rare for us to do). We actully did have an issue and had to cancel the 2nd day of our trip. We let them know 48 hours in advance. We were told we would have to wait until after we checked out to verify. We also let the Motel know we didn't need the 2nd day. When the time came they were rude and told us we had us fill out a lenghty form which stated and only if we had an extreme medical situtation and was backed by documetation and varified we could get a refund. This was outrageious.! We went back and forth a few times until it was finally stated in an email we were denied the refund. This style of doing business and customer service is the worst we have ever had to deal with. It would have been better to just book with the Motel chain directly. I do not recommend Super.com.
Complete scan artist's that are obviously paying for reviews! We just booked a room with this company in Amsterdam, when we arrived we discovered the room booked was a single despite my receipt showing it should be a double. Obviously this wouldn't work for us. Customer service were incredibly rude, saying that it is their booking partners fault and not theirs, even though I booked on their site! Apparently, the think "non-refundable" also means they don't have to give anything back even if they don't book you a room? They said the only way I could get a refund was if I got the hotel to issue a full refund, they'd send to their partner to issue it. It cost me 3 times the price to book a lay minute hotel here. I'm not too sure what works they're living in, but certainly not one were they care about any of their customers, do not use!

I wanted motels for tonight tomorrow nah they put it for tomorrow night and the second and now they are not willing to go back in and change that to modify it these people don't know what they're doing they shouldn't even be allowed to even be doing this in the state and yet here they still are why

Snap Travel does genuinely good deals where Booking.com has let me down
First, the dates you entered for check-in and check-out change after you hit submit (mine showed a full week later). Then, customer service at super.com says nothing can be done because you did not add the $15 change fee when making the reservation. THEN (this is where you start to really catch on), they claim they MIGHT be able to modify your reservation, but it will be an additional $30. They also are purposely slow to get your confirmation number put in the system, making it impossible for the hotel where you are checking in to even pull up your reservation and manually move your dates.

Was using Super.com for the first time to book my hotel in Singapore and it was really easy to navigate and also provide good rates compared to the rest that I've seen. Will sure to use them again for future bookings.
They will not always send confirmation of purchases and will refuse refunds if you accidentally double book with them because they didn't send the confirmation the first time. When attempting to get a refund, they explained to me that they were unable to because they used another travel booking site to book my reservation and that site was refusing the refund. I've learned a painful, expensive lesson to never use super.com.

Im a Retired Army VET and was Contracting in Poland and coming home in Transit to Iraq home in Chattanooga. I booked a Hotel backed by Super. Upon arriving after flying all day and me being tired I checked in the Hotel. Took a Shower and went to sleep. Upon waking up at 230am and going to the bathroom I look and there was a Roach Crawling up the wall. I'm like Hell No. I go to complain the guy say we can move you to another room. I come back and there is a bigger Roach climbing up the Entrance wall. I start packing to get the hell out and 30 min later there is another Roach climbing up the wall. I try to call Super and the respond by text. I go to the front desk again and they say they only get paid by Super. Super tells me they are not Responsible for the Day to Day Operations and Conditions of the Hotel and I'm yet to get my money back. I have called PayPal and now my Bank. I wouldn't Recommend This Site by anyone. Worst Experience ever.

I booked a hotel with a refund option, but Super.com refuses to refund me to my credit card and demands my personal bank details—totally unsafe and suspicious!
Their customer service is useless—they keep repeating, "This is the only option," ignoring my concerns. Wasted hours with their nonsense.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
