Lexington, SC. I placed an order thru the app. I was about 10 minutes early. All 3 of the employees were rude and said, "Nothing we can do for you, you'll just have to wait." I told them to cancel it because I didn't have time to wait, showed them the order on my app, and they refused to even make it early. I went right over to Publix and got an even better sub. This is why I don't bother with Subway, and definitely never will again.
Fantastic Scam they have running here. They take your order, they take your payment. But then the place has been closed for the last two days. They are literally stealing money! I also missed my lunch hour because of them. I do not have enough time to order another meal and pick it up. What a scam.
I have been trying to get a refund for less than $20 for 5 days. The store won't answer the phone, so I went there. They can't give a refund even though the charge transaction is under Subway. I called Doordash and they got no response from Subway either. I have sent many requests for a refund or any help. Today I called the corporate offices and nobody answered, ever. Their customer service is non-existent.
I have no photos, or proof of purchase because I never got the order.
I like Subway but disappointed that you can not order online for pick up.
I keep getting an error code "card failure" and payment could not go through.
I tried using three different cards and (Which are in good standing)and the website would not accept my payment.
I'm hoping Subway fixes their website because if people could order online and pick up their food then it would reduce the long lines in the store. Just a suggestion.
I don't know who could write anything good about this company. The pictures of the food is totally false. We had the Philly cheese steak and it was more bread then steak. We had extra cheese that you could not find. There was barely any steak and the taste was so bad after 2 bites, I threw it out. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I purchased from store #321-0. I stopped purchasing Subway over a year ago, because of the same reason, stale old bread. Both subs were ok accept the stale bread, it just takes away from the overall experience. The customer service was good, why did he use old stale bread? It wrecked the meal.
Ordering directly on Subway website is horrible. We attempted to place an order after work so we can pick up and go home. We were 30 mins away from the pick up location and made it to the store before i could complete the order. Every click i made took almost 10 seconds to respond and i even checked my service to see if it was my lagging but my 5g was working as fast as usual. Maybe it's a server issue? Hopefully it can get fixed. The location itself was great and thankfully fast.
I specifically ask for the chicken and bacon to be cooked well done and they NEVER do it! I order It online and always put the same instructions! The managers do not care about the issue and just say ok we will talk to the employees! Never changes! The pic is of very undercooked bacon!
If you go to the Subway in Natick, MA, make sure there is more than one person working because they want to put all the vegetables on your sub before they put it in to toast the bun...my husband & me have eaten at a lot of Subway restaurants when we were on vacation down south since Wendy's wouldn't let you eat inside but all the Subways we had gone to, had always welcomed you inside to eat your meal...we used a Subway gift card today but carried out since we live in the next town and ate our subs at home.
The subs are ok, but can you get rid of the commercials with football players. This doesn't help you at all, nobody cares about football players, these fools already make more money than they are worth. Your commercials just suck with these idiots that think they are God's cause they play football.
I often enjoy subways, yet the one in Fruita seems to allow the staff to enjoy vape breaks quite often. I was waiting in the car for a friend while they ordered, in the ten minutes I was there I saw two employees outside vaping twice! I know breaks are allowed but when you leave "responsible teens" as managers it seems that rules aren't always enforced.
I believe there is a camera over the door, does anyone ever look at it?
Although there were some glitches involved with the ordering process, the issue was resolved in a positive way. Thanks to Pearl. She was fabulous! She went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She contacted me and made several phone calls back and forth between store location and myself. Impressive. She was happy, apologetic and determined to make it right. And she did make it right. Delighted with her dedication to excellent customer service. Her ability to resolve the issue in a timely, conflict free manner is commendable. She made me feel encouraged and valued as a customer. Stress free solution. Appreciated Pearl! No problems with delivery driver. Food was still very warm. Order was correct, and nothing was missing. The presentation of my order was made and packed with care. It tasted fantastic! Great job team! Will definitely order from this KW location again!
We visited subway in howell today, our server was the nicest lady i have ever met, and the food was delicious, the service was amazing. Thank you to all subway workers! ALSO always be kind. For those of you look down on subway, think again..
Best because of her Customer service, always in early, teaching ability, knowledge of whole Restaurant, being able to be left alone, many yrs of service she no doubt needs a substantial wage increase soon especially if she has been given already recently. Hopeful this company will not lose her.
We stopped at a Subway in our hometown up on NE 6th St. In Grants Pass, Or. This was our first time going. The line was long when we walked in and more people came in behind us. Plenty of customers were sitting at tables as well. The line moved quickly, the employees were calm, friendly and efficient! I was very impressed and complimented them and left a tip. We took our order to go. I have to say that my husband and I both said it was the "best" sandwich we had ever gotten from "any" Subway "ever!" Nice job! I hope the owner knows what great employees they have working for them!
Food has gone downhill. Lots of bread, no stuff between. They can afford athletes
To advertise for them (most are hard to even understand). Mush mouth. Bring back higher quality food, then I'll be back.
I observed excellent customer service with great quality of food. Staff greet really good and provide proper information about new subway series sandwiches, that I tried and was scrumptious. & trust me, everyone should enjoy such kind of food.
I was amazed at this Subway sandwich shop.It use to be an old gas station and they renovated it. When you walk in you are greeted right away great food and in side the building is a place with a fire place to sit and eat very clean and up to date

The employees called me to tell me they did not have a working toaster oven I requested they cancel my order no toaster oven it's not Subway. They actually put the order through like I received it. I had to put a fraudulent charge against the store in order to get my refund. I still haven't gotten my tokens back that I used. I contacted Subway corporate I did get an email from the DM and he never followed through on anything. Very dissatisfied with this store. And because they do not follow through I will let everybody know of my experience. If I operated my business the way they do theirs I would not have a business.
Over the past few years, I've visited Subway mostly because they were in convenient locations but I've never been crazy about them. The last time I was in WalMart, Bryan Texas, I knew that would be the last time. They were really skimpy on ingredients and the cost was crazy high. Definitely no value. I walked out of there knowing that I'll never eat at a Subway again. There are a lot of much better subway shops out there.
