Stylebop

I shopped 3 times with stylebop.com, first time Burberry trench coat shipped to the UK - very fast shipping and delivery, wonderful coat. 2nd time shopped 5 different dresses, very fast shipping and delivery to Germany (but I didn't see the things yet, shipped to my aunt's place, she fill bring them to Russia in September, hope no defected goods there). The last time I bought another B trench, and after 3 working days (paid on Thursday 5 a.m. local time, today is Monday) - my card was billed, but my order is still not dispatched. This particular coat was bought by someone else, then returned and I got the notification and bought it immediately. I did ask Stylebop to check if there any defect with this item due to being returned already, maybe they are checking or found out it is defected? I hope I get their feedback soon, or better, my shipping. Will update on it.

I waited a little while for my boots to come, was a little bit dubious as had never used the site before
Anyways when they arrived the boots were exactly what I ordered the only issue is, the boots I paid for come with two pairs of laces (normal pair and a reflective pair) the second pair were nowhere to be found
It took quite a struggle to get a hold of someone when I did it became a bit of an issue so they offered me a full refund as to which I declined as I had waited so long for them and had some where I needed to wear them at

Good quality products but long waits for delivery (UK) they need to be much more accessible for queries

Yes, they are not very efficient at email communication and getting a hold of someone over the phone takes a while, but it doesn't affect the swiftness and the quality of their job. I received my order in reasonable timeframe taking into account Christmas frenzy, did not have to pay a penny upon delivery as promised. But above all, I was pleased with the packaging of the order: the presentation is awesome in a sturdy carton box with Stylebop logo which I am going to keep for small things, even the invoice is tucked into an elegant sleeve with a logo. I will definitely buy again!

This is a great fashion site. They have designer-clothes from A-Z and everything is very stylish and modern. What I especially like, you can also shop by look. So while you brows through the sites, you can get great inspirations for outfits. They have "The look of the month" where they display a look of a celebrity and then show you, how you can remake the look.
The only minus (for me) is: Not all, but a lot of the stuff is quite expensive! And to be honest, I rather spend my money on charity than spending 120 bugs on a simple T-Shirt. But still, this site is fun and very inspirational for anyone who loves fashion.

I've been purchased expensive coat 1200 EUR. They took 100% money fm my credit card, but after 5 days when I thought my coat will be delivered I found that my order is cancelled!?!? No explanations, no excuses, no money! Their manager has written that they have been trying to contact me with request of additional info about me? First of all why if they have 100% of money, second - they are lying. Don't shop with them! Trying to get my money back

Amazing service! I received my RED Valentino dress beautifully packed within only 3 days (I'm living in Dubai)! Plus my purchase vas VAT free, with the option of free return within 14 days! When you shopping online at Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, etc. and you want to return the cloths for whatever reason it's such a pain (takes about 2 months to get the money back) plus you pay quite a lot for return shipping and taxes. Also, the choice of clothing on Stylebop is extremely good! Well done guys and keep it up! I will definetely buy more from Stylebop! Marina

I hadn't heard of stylebop until I saw some of their pieces in Vogue UK, and when I went to the site, I realised what a fantastic range they carry! I'm surprised to hear of some of the bad reviews here, as I've only had such a positive experience. I found pieces on their site which I couldn't find on Net-a-porter, and delivery was swift. I've already told my friends about it and none of us have had any bad experiences at all. I have spoken with customer service on several occasions and found them to be very helpful. They carry all the best designers, I would absolutely recommend it!

I am a customer from Australia who is very happy with my experience with Stylebop. I was really quite worried that my order would either not arrive or be in some way defective when I read some of the reviews out there on people's experiences with this company. However, my order arrived promptly (within 5 days), was nicely packaged and the item, a Marc Jacobs bag, is exactly the one I ordered. If I really want to be nit picky there was a very very small blemish on the dustbag that came with the bag. The bag itself however, is immaculate.
