Hello, my name is James, and I work in healthcare - sorta. I am a Security Officer for a group of hospitals in my city and I recently purchased a large(r) order of stuffed animals from this company. First, I want to acknowledge that their customer service is handled efficiently, with impressive response times to inquiries (for any business' standards). They even utilize a customer service "ticket" system - which is very smart, no matter the business size. Now, onto the purchase. Because I was buying these out of my own pocket, I could only afford a limited amount, so I chose many of their cheapest (and smallest) options. I have no complaints about this because I figured there would be limited availability for the cheaper ones. Actually, I have no complaints at all. So, I bought everything they had under $6 - basically. Because so many of the ones I wanted were either out of stock or limited stock, I ended up buying less quantity due to cost of the more expensive toys. Still, I was able to get 70 stuffed animals for a little over $350, which I was hoping would be a good deal. When they arrived, I was not disappointed! They were incredibly soft, well-stuffed, cuddly and adorable! I also bought about a dozen of their Unicorn Hats, and I HIGHLY recommend them - insanely soft and the kids absolutely LOVE them. The only ones that aren't particularly popular are the Toucans, and I will admit, they are (by comparison) less cute than the other options available for the kids. Ordered three weeks before Xmas received at tracking number which was never acknowledged by the USPS. After several calls leading up to the holiday, still no package and finally they credited my account for unreceived merchandise. Did some research and found the same item and received within four days. No high shipping charges just good customer service. I would not recommend this company since what they promise you and what doesn't get delivered on that promise are very different.

Tip for consumers:
I can't think of anything they could do to improve their services, they already offer bulk discounts and had wonderful customer service that went beyond what is necessary to ensure people feel like their business is valued. I felt I could trust them as the safest bet for this (rather huge - for me) purchase for a charitable cause.

A variety of stuffed animals (donkey, toucan, dog, tiger, elephant, etc.).
Looking for a cute stuffed naked mole rat that was just about true to size. Not only is this a very good quality plushy. It also delivered extremely fast, all the while customer service was very helpful.
10/10 would recommend to a friend!
I ordered a Raccoon plush for myself and not only did they listen to my request for one with a sweet round face (since all toys have sewing variations), but it was shipped out the same night. I got it just a few days later, 3 days earlier than expected. The whole shipment took 2.5 days and my buddy was at my front door. Great quality, very soft and adorable. Will definitely be ordering again from here next time I want a stuffed animal I can't find in stores. Also, much cheaper than the toy brands actual shop.
I'm very happy with the product and service! I placed the order last Friday and then called them to ask if they could make sure that it arrives by this coming Saturday (8 days later), as I'm flying out to spend time with my girlfriend and this is a present for her. They assured me that it would come on time, and indeed, it was shipped out on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. The product itself is very high quality and also very adorable! Highly recommended.

My experience with Stuffed Safari was very positive! I ordered a stuffed animal, with a custom message written on the shirt. Came out just as I wanted!
We love Stuffed Safari! We have got some toys from them and the toys have turned out awesome! It's also unique that you can add bandannas, and we have collected lots. They are the stuffed animal universe! They have fast shipping and also awesome quality.
Tip for consumers:
Bandannas make it more fun for kids, and also you can give kids a plush if they are sick, like a bandanna that says "get well soon".
After several emails notices of delays on a gift, I purchased I finally just canceled my order as they wanted me to pay for an upgrade due to the fact they couldn't get it together on their end. What a joke! Pay for an upgrade after already waiting 3 weeks! Right after I wrote this review and placed an order with another Co. One of the Owners (Shannon) called to make things right. If I had not already placed the order I would have. Very impressed that she took time to call and explain what happened, and try to make it right!
It's a really nice website, but you should really only order stuffed toys you really want that you cannot obtain elsewhere (if you don't live in America or Canada) and you should endeavour to order more than one at a time because if you live in Australia (for instance) and you order only one item, the cost of the shipping will generally be more than twice the cost of the toy. That's the only bad thing about them; they stock a much wider range than "Stuffed with plush."
I ordered a product o their site however due to issues on their end they were out of stock, they called and emailed me to let me know. I was able to pick another item with no issues and received the product in time for Christmas. Awesome experience
Ordered a golden retriever dog with t shirt. Dog was fine the t shirt was not the best fit on the dog. For $5 i was expecting it to fit better. Other than that i have no complaints.
Reading some of the other reviews i wasn't sure what to expect but i'd order from them again.
Katie was extremely helpful with me. The company I am working placed a very larger order at the last minute with a very tight deadline and she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and when. I would recommend this website and ask for Katie as well. She will be sure to help you as best she can.

I ordered jumbo pink fox plush and it was exactly as I wanted it. Very soft and cute! They didn't send shipping details but it came in less than a week.
I ordered a flying squirrel stuffed animal from stuffedsafari.com on 8-13-20. The description on the site indicated it measures approx. 12 inches and had a picture. I received a flying squirrel that measures 16 inches and wasn't the same item in the picture. Disappointing. I got a full refund but won't order from them again.
Like all people say, the items that appear available were not available and it took them to ship my order almost 3 weeks. But I liked this site because they have good selection and provide the items at lower price.
It sure took them to ship my order way more than I expected, but they told me via e-mail that my order will be late and suggested me to cancel the order if it is time sensitive or exchange the unavailable items to something slimier.
If their inventory management was better, I would give them 5 star.

I ordered items that were in stock and then my order was delayed in shipping because the items were not available. My options were to wait or pay additional fees for shipping. Two of the stuffed animals I ordered were in terrible condition and they were shipped in a box with no protection not even tissue paper. Obviously quality control is not a priority. I tried to get a response to no avail except a message saying that they were a family owned business. I expect better service. Additionally, I notice the company does not post any reviews on their website unless they are positive.
I ordered back in september 2016 the 46 inch standing ride on husky from stuffed safari,, while it was expensive its got great features, has scared many visitors with the eyes and size! It arrived in excellent condition, packaged very secure & no damage to the box at all. The customer service was very polite & helped me in the how to order and payment methods,, I even recieved a call after my payment had been recieved letting me know how long & the process. And i was impressed within a weeks time give or take my item arrived:-) I will for sure be ordering from stuffed safari again in the near future.
At Christmas Time I purchase a baby giraffe key turn musical for my grand daughter who wasn't born until January 18th. It is now February 27th and the music box doesn't play. I was first disappointed that the turn key was all plastic so I can imagine how cheap the music box is. Well they have a 30 day return policy and the only way they would help is if I buy another one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Why would I buy another one? Now I know why it's 30 days because they don't stand by the quality. It was for an infant used maybe 10 times? I called another place and they said they had some problems with the turn key on some stuffed animal and they were willing to help but unfortunately I didn't buy it through them,... I will now.
My friends are at winshape camps this summer, so as a coming home gift I got them their group's animal. I also had a customized bandanna with their animal's "Tribe" on it. I ordered this on a SUNDAY NIGHT, it was delivered by Thursday at LUNCH! I am so glad I went with my own opinion and not those of most of the ones HERE. I don't know how people had problems, but I had an amazing experience! I will definitely order from this business in the future.
I placed my order over three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my package to arrive. I am an "international customer" but it concerns me that after my item has left the States, it can no longer be tracked... I now have no idea where my package is. I'm not even sure what country it is in. I also don't know when it will be arriving, if it actually arrives at all! I'm becoming very concerned that I have given money away
I am crying tears of joy as I write this review. Dramatic much? If you experience stuffed safari youll understand why. The customer service here is very hands on and went above and beyond any average expectation. The stuffed safari team is truly invested in seeing to it that each customer is very satisfied with their order. Katie at stuffed safari was sweet and professional as she created a custom personalized crab for me even though crabs arent usually customizable. Katie saw to it that I recieved exactly what I needed as my special gift. The prices and shipping are beyond reasonable and the turnaround time is excellent. Katie and the team were around for me whenever I had a silly question or random inquiry. As a gift buyer and event coordinator I feel safe when trusting stuffed safari as i know they have my best interest in mind. Very thankful!
