At Christmas Time I purchase a baby giraffe key turn musical for my grand daughter who wasn't born until January 18th. It is now February 27th and the music box doesn't play. I was first disappointed that the turn key was all plastic so I can imagine how cheap the music box is. Well they have a 30 day return policy and the only way they would help is if I buy another one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Why would I buy another one? Now I know why it's 30 days because they don't stand by the quality. It was for an infant used maybe 10 times? I called another place and they said they had some problems with the turn key on some stuffed animal and they were willing to help but unfortunately I didn't buy it through them,... I will now.
