I've had the opportunity to tutor on a few online platforms as well as institutions. I've found StudyPool to truly be the best of them. The work schedule is entirely up to me, and there's a degree of freedom in the time I have to respond to students' academic needs. And as the cherry on top, the website's interface is extremely easy to work with. The main concept of StudyPool is to provide excellent service in any time frame student needs, and they certainly deliver. I'm jealous this service was not around when I was going to school! I highly recommend students to try StudyPool. They will Not be disappointed.
Contacted studypool around 2 months for some difficulties I was having with some papers I needed to write. They got back to me within the hour and really helped me understand what I needed to do to be more of an eloquent writer.
After many emails back and forth with one CS rep (the too bad, so sad one), another rep stepped in to say my request was being sent to "management" for review. Another couple of days, and the fee was refunded. While I am thankful, I still believe the first CS rep I dealt with was not helping me try to find a solution.
Once I graduated earlier this year, I deactivated my account. However, I recently learned that deactivating does not cancel the subscription. Although I had deactivated my account, I was recently charged for the yearly subscription rate. When I reached out to their customer service asking to be refunded this amount as I had no use for their services, I was basically told, "too bad, so sad" they don't offer refunds. Wow! How hard would it have been to refund the charge? They more or less are taking money for services they will not be providing. Nice way to do business.
With Studypool, I've had a chance to work remotely which has been great so far. The work hours are flexible and I get to work in my own time and schedule. The site also keeps improving and has only gotten better with time since I started using it.
There is no doubt that you want to know the amazing fraudulent method that the platform uses to obtain your good files without paying you any money for that, as I have been working on the platform for more than two years and have downloaded more than 1,600 files for students without paying any for me about the files, and then I shared a file to someone who wants a document To pass the exam, I contacted him and he told me that I uploaded the document successfully. Do not be surprised that I did not get any cents in my account.

Disgrace is not enough to describe the unprofessionalism of moderation team or staff. Tutors are treated so bad, only a few are quite treated well. So disappointment of this site and how they do not care about their people. Quality manager matches only a certain African country. It is a slavery platform, they want people to work for peanuts
Studypool is one of the best academic writing platforms I have experienced. Having worked with other academic writing companies, I can attest that Studypool surpass all the others in areas of customer services, tutor payment in good time and at tutor's discretion and good tutor-Studypool relationship. Also, studypool provides an oportunity to connect tutors with students. Therefore, as a studypool tutor, I am optimistic about future growth and development of the company.
This company has absurd ways of implementing its policies. You'll always be at the mercy of the students' mood because they can just report you, and you'll probably lose the dispute. The moderators seem like they aren't checking the details of the reports and disputes because they automatically choose the side of the students. They also suspend tutors based on incorrect or vague reasons. Moderators are unresponsive and unsupportive. This is the worst company to work for as a tutor.
For better insight, I will explain how the moderation team makes decisions about questions. Whenever a student posts a question and a tutor bids on it, there is compromise from both sides. If the student withdraws the moderation team will verify all the existing evidence on the question's page conversation board in order to reach a fair and prompt resolution. If a student leaves a bad reputation, we can evaluate it and decide if it should stay on the tutor’s profile or not. A tutor’s reputation won't be affected if the student's reason for withdrawing is unfair, isn’t specific on the original post or if the student fails to provide enough information for the tutor.
If the tutor fails to help with a question satisfactorily, we follow the guidelines found on https://www.studypool.com/warningpolicy which specifies warnings, bans and suspensions. Studypool has very specific guidelines that need to be followed. If you don't follow them, you will be sanctioned for it, especially if the student is receiving subpar help, which is usually the case when these types of reviews are received.
I have worked with studypool for the past few years, I have liked the fact that there is an adequate flow of work in both low and high season. With good quality of work and being proactive at bidding, its a good source of income.
Account was hacked and all the money drained. Response from chatting with customer service was, "please change your password." That was it. Lost a bunch of money, and they won't investigate who stole the money even though they admitted to seeing who tooK it out.
This is my 8th time using Studypool. The last 3 times I got help from a wonderful writer called ProfessorHenryM. He was very professional and helpful, most importantly, very responsible with due dates. Kudos to him and to Studypool for having such great tutors on their roster.

I hold major degrees in education and have been teaching at 10+ schools for 15+ years. I even lectured at university and coached 1000+ students in my own classes. I also own two tech companies and consult upcoming entrepreneurs for much higher fees than what I could earn on studyproof but I thought it would be great to teach upcoming kids and teenagers.
As a prof with masters in education I got declined at an education platform while freelancers from India, Pakistan and other countries are flooding the platform.
Tells you a lot about the seriousness and quality of this platform of this business.
When profs get declined and Youtubers and teenage kids from India are approved to lecture about education. They might know things but that's quite poor quality standards.

My friend posted a homework question from our class on the website, a tutor wrote an answer and she paid lots of $ for it. The answer was 100% nonsense. A joke, the prof gave my friend an F and said the answer was nonsense. And, StudyPool does not give refunds for nonsense! Moreover, the tutor just copied everything from wikipedia!
Studypool is legit website. Personally this is one of my favorite online tutoring sites that Ive reviewed. I really like that theres so much protection on getting paid and that payments are easy. The cut that StudyPool takes isnt too bad, but it could be lower. If youre a good tutor StudyPool does give you the tools to be successful, build repeat customers, and make some decent money tutoring in your free time. I have to say that I recommend StudyPool if youre a tutor.
