The site is really useful for students to get help. I asked two questions about chem and the tutor helped me a lot.

The best part for me was be able to get some study notes because if you post some docs you can get some free notes

I used Studypool to get chemistry study notes and I got exacty what I needed so I'm sure I will the site in the future and maybe become a tutor.

I have used it 5 times so far. It's been a great help at least for me because, like last timeI had 2 projects, a quiz and I had to write an essay in less than 8days (I tend to procrastinate). The tutor helped me prioritize what I needed to focus on so I could get it all done. No complaints at the moment!

Hello, as Civil Engineer this helps me alot to remember some things from college that makes me remember how digital technology can get our life better. Tutoring online and since from this site can be getting better if we can get the enough time studying but have to say it have a great platform to learn, the way of learning and it is just AMAZING. I have been working on another proyect and this refresh my mind on numbers. Great tool for students and tutors!

I'm a tutor at Studypool and I have had the best of experiences with the site. Some of its pros include the seamless process of bidding to the effective withdrawal of payments. I'd recommend the site to any tutor.

Overall a really amazing company to work for and an amazing company for students. They've created a safe space for both to work together and ensure that the quality output the tutors produce is great for the students.

I have been working with studypool for almost a year now, but the experience has been worst. I was once suspended after following a procedure given to me by the support an cancellation of an order I could not do, and also I was suspended just because the student asked for a refund for an order and giving another claim while the QAD was giving a claim that is not related to the order. For those who aspire to work with studypool don't do this account. Just another account because these people are after the money and not helping both the student and the tutor. These guys will ruin your account until they ban you.

As with lots of other people. I canceled my account and deactivated it about a year ago and they are still charging me. After speaking with them through email the past couple of months they seem to not have an interest in helping me and constantly state they do not have logs that show account usage nor do they see my account conducting transactions. Their support was very unhelpful and just kept repeating the previous sentence to me without any effort towards resolving my issue. I do not see how they do not/are not able to get the log files of accounts, when I have heard others who have similar issues, getting that information. I would advise staying away from this site, they seem to be another site that while having some good use does its best to prevent you from canceling your payments.

I listen about studypool from my friends and I try to make an account on this website, in start my account was rejected and the admins support me to make a new one and after 1 week I try again and my account approved after that on the first day I bid and won 20$ work and i was so happy and excited that time. The best thing is admins are so supportive and kind and helpful for all queries any time this is really amazing. I really recommend studypool for beginners and experts also to start their career and earn a good amount of money online.
The best things are the new customers come on the website the tax ratio is low from other websites and that really attracts tutors and students.

I forgot I had a subscription since school ended back in 2021. Without any kind of reminder email, they charged me to renew my subscription 10 days ago. It is very obvious to them that I don't use it and don't need it. They can see my logins and my usage of their service. They do not give refunds, which is why they don't give a reminder email. If you use their service, make sure you cancel because they will sneak in a little charge. They don't even give you a receipt of purchase in your email so they can hope you don't even notice it on your credit card statement

Usually the amount of work coming in versus coming out was an issue for me on other sites like Upwork or workhoppers for example because of expectations on the job before and what is actually delivered after. I haven't came across that as a problem here because the help students usually request are practices, or reviews for guides etc, since I'm experienced with Trigonometry, I have no hesitation ONLY working on these types of requirements instead of project oriented jobs which quite frankly pays the same per hour if you spend enough time on sp seeing what comes in during the day and night.

All I can say is that Studypool offers the best! I have been in other tutoring sites and Studypool is not just twice but hundred times better than other tutoring sites. Their staff are very responsive and very accomodating and I really like it!
