Can't wear jacket, too small despite giving them exact measurements as they requested. Pants too long and waist too big.

They will NOT offer your money back or replacement jacket even though they argue with your suit measurements.

I don't like having to pay through PayPal. Also, why does it cost $20 to purchase 12 free samples? The samples came reasonably quickly and are useful in selecting a fabric for a garment.

As I explained in another review, I ended up with two suits. Both were the same size (36R). The pair I have to wear for the wedding are a lot smaller, and I can barely fit my legs in them. I would not recommend shopping at studio suits based off my experience.

So many options and great looking suits and jackets. I won't be able to buy just one.

The customer service was quick and helpful. They also check that all the measurements were correctly right.

Sizing is so off. One sleeve is an inch longer than the other. I bought a size bigger than I normally wear so I could get it tailored and it doesn't even remotely fit me. Horribly made, terrible customer service. No help with a refund or return, no option to send it back to try other sizes. Just a horrible company and now me and the rest of the wedding party all spent $300 on horrid suits that don't fit any of us. We all have to go to a different company to buy more suits. Studio suits has done absolutely nothing to try to help us in any way or apologize for any of this.

I felt the thickness/color/texture of the jacket was not accurate from pictures on the website. It's still a very nice jacket but a looser/fuzzier wool than expected. Loved the customizations available

Would really like to see video links for measurements in general, but the process was clear, and the service in creating the suit and sending it to me really couldn't possibly be better.

I ordered an expensive leather jacket and what I got in return was a vinyl jacket that the company insist is leather.

Received my suit in a timely manner and it was quality crafted, fitting perfectly. I fully recommend their suits based on what I received.
