The material but the fit is only adequate. I still need to have adjustments made in the width of her pant leg.

This review is mostly about the shipping, which was an absolute nightmare.

The website is ok and quite easy to navigate. If you have your measurements right, the suit will fit very well.
The clothes are made in, and shipped from, India. For my jacket, the value declared for customs was $45, which I am guessing is the cost of material. Seeing as the jacket cost me $230, I am saying that's a pretty nice profit margin. However, the jacket is nice enough and it is what it is.

The main issue here is that the company uses DHL to ship. You may not know but DHL add their own sneaky charges to customs fees. Canada customs charged $10 but the fees from DHL were over $30. I only know because my wife had to pay these charges on a package from DHL, where there were zero customs fees. It is a clear scam on the part of DHL.

I refused to pay this, as I am the recipient and had no contract with DHL. After around 6 days and dozens of emails, I eventually found out that I can self-clear the package. DHL were absolute scumbags about the whole process – but that is for another review. As far as Studio Suits are concerned, they really dropped the ball on this one.

Their customer service was a nightmare. You write to them and get an auto-generated email back. Then, a day or so later, someone will write with a scripted response that makes no sense and does not address the issue. You write back to that person and get an auto-generated response. A day or so later, someone else writes back with the same scripted nonsense. The cycle continues.

I eventually got someone who answered properly and said they would look into it. Three days passed. I wrote again. Guess what, I got an auto-generated email and a day or so later …

They clearly do not talk to each other or make any notes on your account.

This is why I give them only 2 stars. I am sure that if everything goes well, you would be super happy. However, the mark of a good business is how they react when things do not go according to plan.

And in this, Studio Suits failed.

Fit suit very well… excellent quality linen and work….will be back to buy more suits from this site.

Very helpful service and great product; when we were worried that it might not come in time for my son's wedding they pushed it through very quickly.

I can't say enough about the great overall experience. They shipped out timely, kept me updated, and was one of the best made suites I have had.

Though the fellas haven't tried the suits on they do appear to be what was ordered once they have them I'll come back and give an update.

The fabric is very thick and for some reason there was a bottom hole added to the lapel, but then stitched up, so it looks very strange.

Good overall experience. Pants were too tight and material is very thin. Order a size larger. Have tailored. Consider adding a inner lining to pants

No communication between them and myself. Not even a thank you for purchasing. No timetable on shipment. Total darkness

Ordering was easy. The suit was made quickly and shipped even faster. I received it much sooner then expected.

A very easy process and delivery of a good quality jacket sooner than anticipated - thank you.

It took a little longer to receive than usual. However, worth the wait. So many compliments received on this suits.

So impressed with the quality and variety of fabrics, the quality of tailoring, the price and the customer service.

They are always prompt when you have a. Inquiry, and suit production is relatively quick.

Overall experience was okay, but unfortunately, suit was not as expected.
