The customisation options are actually great but a top tip from me is for the trousers: find a pair you love and measure them too then compare with your body measurments.

Item doesn't fit. Customer service requests you to jump through hoops. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and replace the garmet. Total rip off, go to a real menswear store.

The size was so off after giving them my height and weight but the material is really nice. Asked for a refund or remake they wouldn't and gave me $75.

The material and quality is great, the way the clothes fit isn't too great. I wish I could get measured by someone in store to get accurate measurements for each item.

Studio Suits delivered an excellent product at an excellent price point. Their communication along the journey and strong follow-through would make buying another suit from them an easy choice.

I LIKE THE SUIT, JACKET FITS WELL. I PURCHASED FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL. FIRST SUIT PANTS WERE ORDERED AS 30" LENGTH, RECEIVED 32" -- HAD TO PAY A TAILOR TO FIX LENGTH. ORDERED SECOND SUIT SAME ISSUE. WHILE THE MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION ARE EXCELLENT, THE WRONG SIZE FORCES ME TO PAY A TAILOR TO CORRECT THE ERROR. OTHER COMPANIES PROVIDE A SIMILAR SUIT, SO I WILL NOT BE USING STUDIOSUITS AGAIN.

Suit was as described, only needed very minor alterations that were more me being particular than anything, and the tailor was quite impressed with the material given the price

Excellent in all respects. Need another person to help you measure, but all is made clear by the website. A tailored suit arrives soon after putting in the numbers.

Ran out of fabric for item I paid for. No attempt to make things right or offer a discount because the only fabric available was $100 more. Very bait & switchy. Plus, communication was awful.

I do NOT give bad reviews on anything. So it really bothers me to break my habit of only being positive. But for this 1 occasion it's a must. I am very disappointed in this order. There are many things wrong with the order. The blazer was way to big in the waist area by 8 inches, we measured it. The sleeves are not slim fit at all (which is crazy because I have big arms & still the sleeves are huge. The coat was 3 inches to long the sleeves are also 2 1/2 inches to short & to make it all even worse the color of the suit is several shades darker. In fact it is no where near plain gray. It as charcoal grey or glascow grey. Then to make it worse I reached out for help from customer service who then basically told me it's my fault the suit does not match what was promised me at all. I was honestly hoping to become a long time customer as I wear suits every single day & usually buy about 4-7 suits every year for several years now. But now I feel like I can't trust the products from this organization anymore nor can I trust that it will be recectificed with some sort of solution. Even if I was offered some kind of discount or something I would have just took one on the chin & said ok, mistakes happen. But to get treated like their several mistakes are my fault. Unacceptable.

So I ordered this jacket for my brother's wedding and when I got it, I realized that the jacket wasn't finished. It was missing the black that connects to the collar.

In my measurements they thought for my height and weight some things looked off and reached out to double check, and sure enough two of my measurements were incorrect. Great customer service.

The online measurements gave me confirmation that I was measuring things correctly and I liked that they had a little description of what each measurment was.

The custom ordered Jacket was very well made. But warning, get a professional to take your measurements. I did a poor job measuring myself. Luckily my tailor was able to take it in.

Jacket is tight for a 44R. Material is stiffer than I hoped. Also material is thicker than I imagined. The shoulders are padded. I was looking for a more relaxed fit.

Deceptive sales experience.
Ordered Size 42R (regular) but I received 46L (long).
Studio Suits said this (horrible error) is within "the margins of craftsmanship" (wtf)
Studio Suits repeatedly lie, twist and misrepresent the facts and keep changing the person you interact with - I dealt with 7 different people in Mumbai India (all with suspicious western names, and they don't take calls)
