Customization options are not as extensive as suit supply, but not as expensive as them either so a great value for the money. Will definitely be getting another suit.

Confusing on how to enter custom measurements. Figured it out and was very please with the garments we received.

Unfortunately my experience with Studio Suits was mediocre at best. After submitting carefully-taken measurements in accordance with the instructions, SS suggested that a "trial suit" was in order, as the Harris Tweed material for my suit was quite expensive and this was my first order with them. The trial suit arrived, and fit quite well except for some small alterations to the trousers. On receipt of the final, Harris Tweed suit, however, the fit was very poor, especially in the jacket... arguably the most important part. On contacting SS about the issue, I was told that the trial suit jacket and the finished suit jacket were made to the identical measurements... I try them both on and this is clearly not true. The finished jacket is at least an inch too long, and the shoulders are very sloppy with bulges of fabric at the back and an overall very poor fit. When you try on a jacket that fits well, it feels fantastic. This jacket is very disappointing. I've had to pay a considerable amount to my local tailor to fix the jacket (shorten the jacket overall, adjust the shoulders and then as a result adjust the sleeve length, and add some hand stitching to the inside front, so it doesn't curl outward just below the lapel). My wife has also had to make minor adjustments to the waistcoat. To add insult to injury, the remedy suggested by SS was for me to provide better measurements on my next order. The measurements were taken exactly as directed, and believe me, there will be no next order. Pity, as the idea is great, but execution is very, very poor.

The service was absolutely impeccable, before the suit went into production I had made an error with my measurements and they contacted me to confirm and re-measure. Then when I emailed support to inquire about when my suit would be delivered; Paul, Terry and Bryan all took amazing care of me and I could tell they all worked together, across different departments, to make sure I got my suit before my wedding, with enough time make any alterations if needed. Unfortunately, I had measured everything completely wrong when building my suit online so when the suit arrived it was very large on me, so I appreciated how quickly they were able to get my suit to me as I was able to get everything tailored in time. The fabric (the Roman light pink linen) was absolutely amazing. A suit of this quality and build would have cost me three times the price at retail, even if you add the cost of shipping, duty and tailoring. From now on I will only buy my suits from this site. I ordered this suit back in March for my wedding in June, then the coronavirus caused them to stop production. Normally this is okay I understand people are doing their best but I tried contacting them for months with no success. After finally getting ahold of them they said I WAS able to cancel the order ( I had to cancel because my wedding was in less than a month so I had to order a different suit because they were not replying to me). A day after saying I could receive a refund they said never mind and they started production so they refuse to refund me for the suit I no longer need. So I tried reaching this company for months and when I finally get ahold of them they basically just say tough sh*t. I HIGHLY recommend you don't order from this company.

Terrible. The size chart on the website is very confusing, said by multiple people. We received the suits in the mail, NONE OF IT FITS. Emailed the company and let them know if we cannot ship the ones we have back and get new sizes prior to our wedding date we would need our money back as we spent $900. After days of waiting for a response, they asked if the sizes were "true to order". I expressed how confusing and inaccurate their size chart is, we even sized up 2 sizes for a friend we ordered for and his was way too small. I had a tailor look at their size chart and they said it made no sense. They were too small to be altered or we would have gone that road. After getting ONE email response per day, they said they would "kindly" send me an $80 giftcard to REORDER ALL GARMENTS. After telling them I needed to speak with a manager as we did not want to reorder from this company they upped it to $100. We can send all garments back, they can be reused for anyone that orders those sizes. Still have only heard from someone once a day and have yet to hear from a manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is terrible, no phone number to call, days to get a response and they will take your money and not care if nothing works. Another note, they stated we could not even reorder suits because the fabric was out of stick but when I go to their site it says it's available. Terrible company. T minus 9 days until our wedding and we are still trying to get our money back and scramble to find new suits.

They made one good sports coat and send it to me, but never sent me the other one and kept my money they are impossible to get in touch with, and will not call you back. I am not satisfied.*******

Very easy to use website and great instructions for measurements! Had a friend that purchased a suit from here and he showed me his one-off fit and it looked wonderful! Would buy from again!

My order took weeks to arrive after my first order only took a week or less. Now I've selected some colours I wish to purchase for suits, they are not showing on the website.

StudioSuits STOLE $290 from me for a sport jacket advertised as Italian Organic Silk Lacente, the jacket was shipped, crumbled up in a small garment box, not a suit jacket box. The jacket is made with CHEAP cotton/linen type material, lapels have no form, flimsy shape. Professional measurements were provided, jacket not made to those specifications. The material and craftsmanship are Substandard at Best! I should have trusted my better judgement and NOT ordered from a Company where no address or phone number is listed on the website. Only contact possible is via email. SAVE your $$$ and purchase from a reputable men's clothing website or find men's store or tailor near you!
DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!

My husbands waist size is 36, but the tweed trousers did not fit around his waist. They were accurately sized, but he couldn't even zip them. And when I asked to exchange them for a 38, you said no

Always tricky with having to give measurements but when found, the visual info was good. Don't forget the oldies --like me -- we don't always want today's sharp fashions with our old blunt bodies! Amazing range of fabrics. For shirts Classic cottons in ivory would be nice for shirts; and neck sizes were not given -- very important should one want to do up for wearing a tie; nothing worse than choking. When the shirt arrived (plain pink cotton) the fabric was fabulous and the collar was a good fit (I have fat neck, but short arms). The inner lining of the collar, however, was puckering a bit after the first wash; it could do with better. The suit however... well it was generally all too big. Now this is an understandable problem as it is up to the customer to supply these. They made them as was given, to be fair, and I wavered more on the large size as you can always reduce but never enlarge. I have had to have the suit 'taken in' at a cost of about half again. BUT! This is a fanatastic suit for the money; beautifully made and exceptional value for the money. My tailor here did question however, why a dark interlining was used on a virtually white linen suit. (And it is a nearly white natural linen - receiving sample cloth before hand would be a plus). Delivery time was very good considering being made from scratch. So what improvements to the service? Better 'self-measure' descriptions perhaps, shown in detail in a U-tube type video. Example: critical across the shoulders measure.
