The tweed pants we ordered arrived just as expected. The quality and worksman ship was very good. The company had a little problem with delivery. I orded in the US for delivery in another country. The customer service representative contacted me promptly and was professional and kind. The issue was resolved and the pants arrived as promised.
Kind of what you'd expect from a cheap suit. Fit is a little off but manageable.

Easy to submit measurements and the suit fits really well. Fabric is excellent. A made to measure suit in that fabric would have been well into 4 digits elsewhere. Thank you.
Finally a nice suit that fits and doesn't break the bank. The slacks fit great and so does the coat, although it is a little heavier than I anticipated.

Overall experience was satisfactory. I did have some trouble getting the company to understand that while I paid for the suit using my PayPal email address, I opened the account with my normal email address (Not the same as PayPal), and they couldn't somehow grasp that my sizing/measurements were in the account I opened on their website. And there is no phone number to call; you have to wait for the email response. This combined with their one week response time (per response) LITERALLY ADDED WEEKS, to my order. This brought on anxiety that I may not get my suit back in time for an event I had planned to wear the suit for.
Lots of measurements included. A couple with equivocal instructions (measure pants to floor, or measure existing pants), but result was great!
I love shopping for formal attire here. The customer service is always amazing, and the tailored work fits like a glove every time. 10/10 would recommend!
Customer service is beyond any expectation I had. Even reached out to me when some measurements didn't make sense and luckily i re measured other wise my suit would not of fit
Got the swatches, but decided we are going to use a suit company/store in our city. Don't want to deal with measuring online and not being able to try it on.
I felt the thickness/color/texture of the jacket was not accurate from pictures on the website. It's still a very nice jacket but a looser/fuzzier wool than expected. Loved the customizations available

The site was great, the only improvement I would say that could make it better was their communication while the suit was being made could have been better, took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish!
