Hands down the best experience I've ever had. Everything was simple and easy to do. The customer service is nothing but professional and kind. I will be purchasing another suit.

Disappointed once I received the jacket due to the fact that the color wasn't even close to what I expected from the picture on the web site. Also, the jacket size runs small. I'm a 44R and ordered a 46R just to be safe and it was still too small.

At first I was EXTREMELY skeptical of this website because I've heard of other websites being scams and not giving quality suits. This site however did an excellent job with my suit. Gave me exactly what I put in and I will definitely order here again.

Shipped quickly. Sizing is accurate. High quality. There are a lot of customization options available.

Ordering process was easier but fit was very boxy. I had to have it altered for a better fit.

Suit did not come in as measured, needed a lot of work. Sleeves different lengths, some areas smaller than mentioned, some larger.

The sport coat itself is awesome workmanship but the sizing on the coats needs to be checked. A size 52 SHORT coat should have shorter sleeves proportional to the shorter coat length. If a person orders
A 52 SHORT it is because they are a short person. Arms included.

You'd better be damn sure that you love the product that you see on line because they WILL NOT accept any returns. I wasted over $250 on an ill-fitting and poorly styled jacket that I will never wear. I guess I will give it to Goodwill.

So first off got the wrong size pants, and second off why isn't there an option to put in like official measurements from a seamstress.

BUYER BEWARE! Having such a HORRIFIC experience regarding a "custom" piece I ordered that came completely incorrect and cost me 300$ to fix before the event I had to wear it to. This has gone on for months now and they refuse to accept responsibility. All you get are effusive emails filled with double talk and empty words! BUYER BEWARE!

The suits look great. Ordered six suits for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding and all of them fit perfectly. Within a few hours of placing my orders I got messages back from the designer to reconfirm measurements and offer guidance on how to remeasured certain dimensions, and the suits all came a week earlier than initially quoted. Will definitely return to this site for future suits

This store and it's customer service and quality is great. I have already bought 2 coats from them and they fit perfectly without any need for adjustment. Just unpack from the shipping box and wear!

The unfortunate thing about buying a suit from here is that it's not even a "you get what you pay for" complaint. They do a great job marketing "quality" suits and I got duped. I inherited a tweed suit from my grandpa and really love it. I wanted something similar but in a different color and found this. Seemed like a promising option with customization. Purchase experience was great and easy. Then it was a little while until I heard from them but they never actually asked for my measurements. I have five or six jackets of the same size so figured I'd be good. I opened up the box and the color looked good like what I wanted, and then when I went to try it on, the size was way smaller than any of the other coats I have (all in the same size). The material is very flimsy and thin compared to my grandpa's old suit. The lapel flaps around like I purchased it from Ross. The "custom" buttons are laughably unappealing. My advice to any prospective customers is to save your money and purchase a Tom Ford suit from Nordstrom rack, give it to charity, or maybe even throw it in the trash to save you from inevitable disappointment.
