Was slow to get here. I am glad I ordered way in advance.

The marksmanship is great. However the communication in the website and emails has a lot to be desired.

The website is easy to maneuver and place an order on. The turnaround time does take a while, but that's par for the course for tailored clothing. International shipping delays seem to be my only real issue with ordering from Studio Suits, but it isn't an issue that will prevent future orders.

The material and quality is great, the way the clothes fit isn't too great. I wish I could get measured by someone in store to get accurate measurements for each item.

Wanted a custom suit for a wedding and decided to take a chance here due to the wide range of colors. The measurement process is well-documented and only takes a few minutes. We got the suit within a few weeks and it's great! Ordering another one soon.

I ordered an off the peg size but what arrived (which I was told was bespoke) was a poorly fitting jacket. Contact with customer services to organise a return has taken weeks which makes the experience even worse.

The suit and the shopping experience was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted and the process was super smooth and simple.

The suit fit perfect. I was afraid the suit wasn't gonna come in time for my wedding, but customer service made it happen and it came the day before my wedding.

This suit does NOT fit. But the wedding is in two weeks. What am I supposed to do when a suit I order oversized on purpose arrives too small two months later than anticipated? Terrible experience

Overall, good selection of pants and colors and nicely laid out website. The one thing I'd say is that, because the pants the clothing is custom made and thus take time to reach the customer, customer service needs to keep the customer better informed of progress and ship date, as other online customer tailors do. Perhaps, once at the beginning, once midway, and once shipping is initiated.

Disappointed once I received the jacket due to the fact that the color wasn't even close to what I expected from the picture on the web site. Also, the jacket size runs small. I'm a 44R and ordered a 46R just to be safe and it was still too small.
