Super easy instructions to measure. Arrived around the same time they said it would. Fit perfectly. Only thing if I had to say something, the back of the suit and the bicep area was a little tight. I would measure one extra inch on those.

Needed a dark green suit for a wedding. I ordered a little on the late side, and emailed customer service about my situation, and they were able to expedite it and get it to me before traveling to the venue. Not only did it arrive, but it looked and fit great! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good cost-effective green suit!

However, I have never placed an order where all pieces were made correctly- for example, I like my pants without belt loops. Every time I order pants, I say that I don't want belt loops, and yet every pair arrives with belt loops.

Great materials crafted exactly to your measurements. Don't be so skeptical that it is an online service. Though I have read other reviews mentioning customer service concerns, I can't speak to that. If you know what you want and order it with correct measurements, I know you won't be disappointed.

Suit was too big around my stomach I sent pictures. Have nobody gotten back to me yet. The suit was very wrinkle. I ordered a seat a suit prior to that suit and don't know how the measurements was so off around the stomach.

I've ordered three times from them. The first time went so wrong I thought I'd never use their service again. Wrong measurements all over the place, and yet they refused to honor their return and remake policy, and instead gave me an in-house gift card that didn't even cover the alteration costs. It was only because of this gift card that I ordered again, and the same happened once more, so I received another gift card for their incompetence, after MONTHS trying to communicate with them. So, three out of three: all around terrible service, wrong measurements and even damaged fabric in my third order. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

I was nervous about providing my own measurements, but it fits better than a tailored suit I bought a couple years ago!

I paid $250 for a suit jacket and received a jacket with a large stain on the sleeve. When I reported this, they suggested I take the suit to a dry cleaner. I did and the dry cleaner could not remove the large stain.
Studio Suit offered me a $40 gift certificate to their website. I should get a new, undamaged suit jacket. Offering me a gift certificate so I can spend more money on their products (when I have received a stained product from them the first time) is insulting.

A reputable company would allow me to return the damaged garment for an undamaged replacement or offered a partial refund.

If this is your first time ordering from StudioSuits, I strongly encourage you to go with "Fit Guarantee" suit option. I did not. Even after providing the exact same measurements as my wedding suit, which still fits like a glove, this fit of this suit came in quite "off". The sleeves are quite short. The chest is way too large (although this does a nice job making me look like a club security guard). The pants are baggy and way too long. Honestly, not at all what I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the shoulder width is decent, the waist size was spot on, and the quality of materials are nice. It's also pretty impressive to be able to order a custom material tailored suit at this price point...I just wish it actually fit well out of the box.

Refused to allow me to return. Suit arrived wet and poor quality. They told me they have a NO RETURNS POLICY and there machines dont make mistakes - machines? They advertise as hand made. I was lucky as I bought through PayPal and due to EU law they have to give me a refund.

I asked for a specific date and received my suit nearly a week early, just because they wanted to accommodate me. I'll definitely shop here again.

First 2 suits I ordered were nice, needed some alterations but that is to be expected with online purchase. Unfortunately, the 3rd suit I bought had a really strange fit. To the extend that any reasonable alterations will not save it.

Suit did not fit to the measurements it fit really tight around the armpits and shoulders and also around the hip and quads would recommend going 2 to 3 inches bigger if you're going to do made to measure or do the garment of your choice,
They also don't replace your suit so you have to buy a new one if your suit does not fit which they gave me $75 off which wasn't bad but they make it sound on the website like you can get a replacement if it doesn't fit right

I initially ordered a 40 Regular in this suit, which is my real size. The coat on this suit, however, was way, way, way, too short. My tailor measured it and said it was, at best, a 40 Short, even though it was labeled a 40 Regular. (I'm 5 foot 11 inches tall, which is typically a Regular length.) I re-ordered the coat -- this time as a 40 Long. The coat arrived and fit perfectly. Sudio suits deliver high-quality suits with nice fabrics and designs for the price, but you have to be careful about sizing. I would recommend ordering suits with your exact measurements and not relying on your typical size. Studiosuits generally run small, and their products are inconsistent on standard sizing. Returning products with this company is costly and difficult -- so you need to get it right when you order.
