It was very poor experience. Their website look very good and have a great selection of jackets. But
The jacket I ordered arrived in seriously wrinkled and smelled like mildew. The material does not have the same grace and shine as was advertised on your website. It looks dull.

I submitted my measurements using the guidelines provided. The product was so poorly constructed, local tailors could not salvage it. This company would not accept any responsibility for their poor product. I received only the same canned response, "We have no reason to provide you with an ill fitting jacket" despite providing varied forms of evidence of the poor construction of the suit. I had to buy another suit from Men's Warehouse for my wedding.

I ordered a custom suit for my wedding over three months ago. As the wedding date has been approaching I've emailed them multiple times asking when it would ship. They keep saying, "by this weekend", or "in a couple days". I asked for a refund because there is a slim chance they will get me my suit in time and they have refused to refund me. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. They only respond to my email around 3 or 4 in the morning. They must outsource their customer service, which in turn makes them unhelpful. I will never order anything from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Was not able to modify order once submitted despite it being only two days after order was placed.
Wanted to add lining to pants legs in support of the fabric order for pants. Was informed that order could not be modified because it had already completed production... Which I found amazing given that only two days had elapsed since order was placed.

Worst experience I've ever had with this company! Suit sizing is way off and doesn't offer exchanges or returns. Even thought it was an off the rack suit and not custom! Bad quality and unprofessional! Buy somewhere else!

14 suits purchased for a wedding party. Several had issues where the suit was off compared to measurements given. See picture for how uneven the hem on the pants are. For my sons suit, they asked us the take pictures of the suit showing a ruler 4 different times rejecting the pictures for one reason or another. My wife is a seamstress and followed their instructions. Finally, we ran out of time. They refused or stalled on correcting their mistake on every suit. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Was a little nervous at first being my first purchase. Took time adding my measurements, product totally exceeded my expectations fit was perfect Harris Tweed was of high quality. Will certainly buy again from these folks

I ordered this for my wedding and I love that it's so unique in its color and material. It's will stand out in a good way.

Be warned. Their products look nothing like the pictures, their fabric online is NOT what you will receive. Got a suit that doesn't look anything like the picture. Completely different color and kind of shiny fabric. Very weird. Their customer service was terrible. They do not stand by their products and they do not care about their clients or have any morals. Fraudulent advertising if you ask me. Would not provide a refund even when I provided proof of the inaccurate item.

Shopping so far is good, but anxious this is a scam? Won't know for a few weeks I guess?

Update: It took over a month, which was anxiety inducing. However, I'm hoping my stresses weren't in vain, and you can relax knowing that your purchase will take a while, but it is a purchase.

Suit did not come in as measured, needed a lot of work. Sleeves different lengths, some areas smaller than mentioned, some larger.

It was an inexpensive suit and the fit and quality showed. I got the one use out of it I needed. It is more of a costume suit than anything else. I would not buy this suit if you are building a wardrobe.

Wanted a custom suit for a wedding and decided to take a chance here due to the wide range of colors. The measurement process is well-documented and only takes a few minutes. We got the suit within a few weeks and it's great! Ordering another one soon.

Good service and good quality pants! Little trouble getting the material but other than that great!

We ordered our Wedding jackets from their red carpet collection and they were phenomenal. The process was very easy, and they even emailed back to question one of the measurements, because it seemed off, and sure enough they were right! Their attention to detail and overall finished product is exceptional. We cannot be happier with their service and quality of work. The guests at our wedding were equally blown away by how fabulous our jackets looked. Definitely 10 out of 10! Highly recommend them
