I would not buy from this company again since they did not accommodate my request for a return. I highly recommend buying from a brick and mortar suit shop that will stand by their product instead of a company that shifts responsibility onto the customer to submit their measurements correctly the first time.

Poor customer service and refund policy even when the company is at fault for product quality and issues.

My experience ordering from this online store, was perfectly fine

I have placed a couple of orders and have had problems with both. There is a great selection of fabrics and styles, but the quality control has been spotty. In the same order, one pair of pants fits perfectly and another is sewn incorrectly. In another order, the pants were cut 1.5" too long.

Loved the services. Only downfall is being stuck using PayPal. I've never had to, so that was annoying.

The size was so off after giving them my height and weight but the material is really nice. Asked for a refund or remake they wouldn't and gave me $75.

It is good to have so may options (patch pocket, elbow patches, etc.).

Gave good directions to measure for the coat and was easy to order. Since this is made to order make sure you order it at least 6 weeks before you need it.

Excellent products! Can't wait to get the finished product!

So far, I've just been strung along. And my issue is not resolved. I've had to remasure myself 3 or 4 times now and sent them photos of measurements of the suit and they're still arguing providing no evidence on their part that it was made correctly. I've shown them. The suit was not made correctly and yet. I still wait for a refund.

In two months, I ordered one shirt and it was not acceptable. Ordered another one and it was worse. Ordered one tuxedo and that was terrible quality and poor workmanship. MY son is getting married so I thought I would splurge and get a custom tuxedo and shirt. This experience has cost me almost $2,000 and I have nothing to wear.

If you are looking for a custom suit on a budget with solid materials/stitching, this is it. I recommend still taking this suit into a trusted tailor for them to further customize the fit so plan for another $100+ for that expense (but well worth it).

Promises never made. Studio suits promised my purchased items in 3-4 weeks. That was almost 8 weeks ago.
