Initially booking was great and I did get a better price. However, when I wanted to change my return flight by a day, it would have been a $2,000 difference - this is about as much as the round trip flight to Athens. When I called United Airlines to try to change it with them - they could do it for almost no charge, but since I had booked with Student Universe, they did not have the power to make that change.

Your service has been reliable and efficient. I am happy to choose you again.

Overall booking experiences was fine but it takes a few days before getting the confirmation email.

I was able to get my ticket and find my flights extremely well. However, it was confusing while checking out because there were so many other options like phone plans and baggage protection. I could not tell when i was finished checking out. I also am unable to see my ticket fully which can be stressed.

They changed my reservation 7 days before we were flying from Australia to Italy with 3 days stops in Japan, Osaka. The custom stopped us as we didn t hold any VISA.( you must make a request for the visa only 14 before entry in Japan) we call them back and no one helped us, they said that was our problem, so we slept at the airport on the floor and everything was shut down when we got there.
On the way back to Australia everything was strangely going well until we got to Japan and realised that our Jetstar connection flight was not existing. No one was at the desk for helping us and once again Student universe failed.
I truly recommend to NOT book any flight through this agency. They just want your money and don't care about the circumstances.

This is an easy site to navigate while searching for flights, hotels and other travel plans. I had plenty of options to select from. I felt their prices were competitive if not lower than other outlets. I would use student universe again for any travel plans.

Took a lot of time to confirm my details which eventually led to my flight charges increasing before they could book.

No communication provided for significant flight time changes. Occurred for both outbound and inbound flights in one trip.
Trip changes only found the day before when checking in individually using booking numbers with respective Airlines.

I appreciate the pricing! Definitely the only site that does what it says it does, which is provides better pricing for travel; making easier for our college student to come home.
