It was very easy to book my tickets. The offers were really good

I canceled the flight within 24 hours and it took forever via phone (more than 1 hour of waiting). However, they have not cancel the charge on my credit card. I have also tried to contact them via e-mail. I have just started a charge dispute with my bank.
I am not going to use StudentUniverse ever again.

Absolutely horrible service. Zero stars. The phone line takes an hour to reach the most incompetent agent you have ever met. They got our names wrong on our tickets, my husband's ticket wasn't properly confirmed, and it didn't even exist with the airline. We then tried to correct these when we realized the day prior (>24hr), and they were again a waste of time and absolutely USELESS and UNRELIABLE. We spent 3 hours with them on ONE DAY. Plus, they tried to charge us $800 in change fees. This is the most absurd scam of my life. We will never use this website ever again. PLEASE BEWARE! Also, when I asked the third agent that I spoke to for a manager, they said "they are in a meeting for two hours; no one is available." LIKE WHAT!? UNREAL. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
I bought tickets in November. My ticket was confirmed, but my code for the actual airline site wasn't working. Since I was out of the country, I sent them 3 emails and none of the were answered. I finally was able to call them in January, to ask about my codes. They hung up on me 5 times before I was told that my card got declined and they were doubling the price of my ticket. I was not informed. All I got was my order confirmation. There was no reason for my card to get declined so I contacted the bank. The bank said no charges were attempted, and that it had to be on SU's end.
Easy to use and same results as expedia but better prices and more options.

I spend multiple weeks trying to book my flight while I monitored prices. Every time I finally wanted to purchase my ticket, the site said it had to verify my student status and when I clicked to verify it said we are unable to do so please contact us. I filled out multiple forms and sent emails with no responses. 3 separate times I called and was on hold for close to
An hour each time where no one helped at all. I have my email and was told they would email me when the site was fixed. I never received anything. After weeks I made a new account in order to book my flight. Awful experience
I got my confirmation right away to my email. Although there was a little problem during the payment. But I think it was caused by the bank.
It was affordable and easy to use. I had no issues with the process of booking. One thing i was not aware about was the additional price added while payment. Overall it was a decent experience and use to use booking.
