Pleasantly surprised that the US Site, even with conversation rates, had a much cheaper price than all alternatives. Communication was quick, flight confirmation was sent within 2 days. Just wish communication was better with the bank since I was charged but instantly debited back which stayed that way for 3 days.

All good only complaint is I would like the flight arrival time & date displayed on the flight details if possible. Would make it easier to arrange things without having my to do the calculation for a long distance flight each time.

After booking multiple flights to arrive and depart from my upcoming study abroad trip, one of my flights was changed shortly after. Because of this, I had to call Student Universe to confirm the flight reschedule they had done for me. When calling to confirm the changes, the service was incredibly friendly and diligent about double-checking with me about my specific flights that I'd be boarding, to make sure I was aware of exactly what I'd be getting into.

I found Saudi Airlines very prompt in response and their flight rates are cheaper than other compatible airlines.
I love using student universe, always finding me the best deals. The app is easy to use making finding and booking flights easy.
The website was user friendly. I don't like paying for seat fees when I book business class but your fare was quite a bit lower than others. I didn't like the fact that "premium economy" and "business class" fares were not clearly shown.
