Hi Ngoc, we saw you used a promo code. The promotion discount will be refunded to your payment card as another transaction. Since the promotion discount was fully funded by StudentUniverse, not the airlines, customers would have to pay for the full price directly to the airlines for ticketing, and then StudentUniverse would refund the discount. It usually shows up in the bank statement within 3-5 business days. If you have not seen that, feel free to contact our customer service team. Thanks for understanding!
