I was able to get into the Amazon $25 flights but there has been so much confusion when it comes to confirmations through the travel agency. Hoping to get some clarity from there since they had no problem charging my account but can't confirm a flight.
I tried to reserve exit row seats for a surcharge, but the seats were never assigned. Had to do this through the airline directly. No answers to multiple emails to StudentUniverse about it. I waited on hold for 30 minutes with no one answering the phone. SU is helpful when booking one-way tickets to Europe but the customer service is non existent.

My only complaint is that during the $25 flights (which is a great opportunity and is appreciated), I spend the last 3 days actively waiting 3-4 hours before the expected release time, only to get the message "Come back tomorrow" and not let into flight booking. It was a missed opportunity, and I was given the chance to be a part of that event.
