It was a good experience overall i just had to do a lot so i could get the $25 ticket
Had to call customer support thrice and each time I had to wait at least 45 minutes before I could talk to someone (even got disconnected from the call once without talking to anyone after waiting for 60+ minutes). The issue got solved ultimately but it took about 2 days worth of effort.
Universe of liars, unethical people and incompetent staff! I booked flights to Europe that included baggage, with British Airways. When I went to the airline's website to see the booking it said that baggage was not included, although my booking details on Student Universe's website said it did. I rang three times to get this fixed, the first two times they said I didn't have to worry as luggage was included, but my booking was never updated to show this. The third time they said luggage was actually not included, it was a mistake during the booking process, they said. I complained as I showed them the screenshot that said luggage was included and the ticket was not cheap. They hang up on me, never answered my emails and then when I wanted to look for my booking again on their website, I got a message which said the details of the booking were no longer available, no details at all! I of course had to pay $300 to check in baggage on the day of travel. They also promised I would get a call back, I never did. This is a shocking organisation that tells you they sell cheap tickets and rip you off, have rude staff and engage in unethical practices. Go to any other travel agent, but avoid this one if you want to enjoy your trip. This is a an organisation that disrespects its customers, they are liars, and they should not exist.

$600 discount on tickets. I waited 2 hrs on call for customer service and never reached a representative which is why im giving 4 stars instead of 5. But after sending an email to them, I received a response instantly. Thank you to Student Universe
