I had to cancel a flight booking. I had discovered that the booking I had just done was without a checked bag. It was impossible to correct my booking online, nor through the SUN site, nor the airline's. I had to call the SUN's center in UK from Greece. I explained my problem, and later in the same day, I had my cancellation via email. But my cancellation had a different reference code than the original. I replied to the mail expressing my worries, but I never got an answer.
Student Universe gave me the best deals with my student discount! They were also super speedy compared to multiple other sites I've used.

Everything was easy and user friendly when I purchased my international ticket, however at one point there are 2 boxes asking for passport, in one box, and "trusted traveler" info in another, I clicked the passport box, added my information and expected to enter my trusted traveler info next. The website did not give me the opportunity to enter this information. Now I have to spend time getting this information to the airlines so that I can bypass the TSA inspection at the US airport.
I thought a checked bag was included in the price of the tickets but it wasn't.

Was checking a few websites for booking my trip but the rates that SU gives is cheaper than others for a last minute international booking. Would highly recommend! But the app is a bit not that user-friendly and hard to find bookings and others on the app, so would be nice those will get fixed.

I was looking for a domestic flight in USA for a business trip. I previously checked other search engines and I end up here giving me the best option.
I am a student customer that was introduced to Student Universe through my study abroad program ISA. I was originally so excited with how many different options there were for flights. Unfortunately, my excitement diminished once my flight needed to the canceled. I have called now 5 times with no resolution, continued refusals of escalated the calls and a repeated line of "rest assure this will be handled in 24-48hrs." This has been the worst experience with international flight and customer service I have experience. I will no longer be utilizing this company. This matter has gone on for over 2 months and my flight that needs to be cancelled is now less than a month away. It is very unfortunate that the customer service and follow up is not existent when students traveling abroad already have a lot to manager.

If you do need to cancel or change this please get in contact with us and we will be happy to help. Regarding discounts I can see that what was paid was about 10% cheaper than booking with the airline directly.
